    Along with being a coach and trainer with over 14 years of professional training experience, Betsy is a married mother of two young girls, and an avid fan of the Baltimore Ravens NFL football team.

    Betsy shares insights with JK as they discuss the importance of building muscle sustainably, avoiding the traps of yo-yo exercising, and the power of simplicity and consistency in fitness.

    The conversation also touches on the impact of nutrition and the key role of proper fueling in achieving strength goals.
