DNPs Come in All Shapes & Sizes Nov 29, 2021

Show notes

Sometimes you are a great guy, but you play bunk defense. Sometimes you are still a great player, but wrong for the young roster. Sometimes you have nerve damage that needs surgery. Sometimes your squad dodges a bullet. Whether it is because the player is washed, dinged or salty, it doesn't matter when the dude notched a 'DNP' in the books. John Wall, Ja Morant, Kemba Walker and Michael Porter Jr. all get discussed in this episode.

The Thread Connecting the Bulls Success & the Lakers Mess Nov 17, 2021

Show notes

It shouldn't be shocking that the GOAT has his new team winning while his old team is fumbling around. There are more reasons for the Bulls looking good, and most of those reasons have to do with DeMar DeRozan as well as Alex Caruso. The Suns shouldn't be considered a surprise team, but after starting 1-3, they have won 9 games in a row and are cleaning up the opposition. There's a lot packed in this installment.

Go Away Neil Olshey / Simmons Stock Tanking Nov 09, 2021

Show notes

When will the Portland Trail Blazers dix the GM situation? It's shameful when being a terrible person leads everyone to realize you are also a terrible GM, but that is happening in Portland. The Lakers will probably have to fight their way into the playoffs and don't look ready to do battle. Ben Simmons and the 76ers are willing to do whatever it takes to keep the other from being happy. Even at the expense of their own serenity and happiness. And, sorry Bagley fans. Trysta has some reality you might want to sit down and listen to.

Not to mention 30 people. There is also a new basketball in the NBA. It hasn't made as much news as the rules, but between the two aspects of the young season there is some insight into the lowering of shooting percentages.
