ROOKIE REPORT: Thunder find another steal in Cason Wallace Feb 21, 2024

Show notes

Cason Wallace fits absolutely perfectly into what the OKC Thunder have been building. Explosive athlete who also shoots well from three? It's like Sam Presti is cloning them at this point.

NBA All Star was a dud but at least we got to laugh at LeLiar all weekend Feb 19, 2024

Show notes

Aside from a couple cool moments (that were also ruined by Kenny Smith), the NBA put on a poor show this weekend. The dunk contest was rigged and boring. The All Star Game was a joke. But hey, LeBron James made up for all of it with some truly incredible quotes that no one believed.

Draymond Green still doesn't get it; MIP check-in; Beef Stew; LeBron-Warriors rumors Feb 16, 2024

He and Jusuf Nurkic picked things right back up where they left and off Draymond's quotes don't exactly exemplify growth. Trysta also spends some time looking at current Most Improved Players odds, Isaiah Stewart fighting people, LeBron James-Warriors rumors and more.

The Cleveland Cavaliers might really be legit; Spencer Dinwiddie is a Laker; RIP Larsa Pippen-Marcus Jordan romance Feb 14, 2024

Show notes

Trysta is back, well, kind of, from Vegas. In a packed episode, she dives deep into the run the Cavaliers are currently on. Holy crap, Donovan Mitchell. She reacts to Spencer Dinwiddie signing with the Lakers and Darvin Ham using that as an opportunity to throw another dumb lineup out there. She laughs at Jaylen Brown beefing with Duncan Robinson and having his bluff called. Then, to wrap the show, she discusses something that isn't a laughing matter: Larsa Pippen and Marcus Jordan's relationship ending via mutual unfollowing.

ROOKIE REPORT: Ausar Thompson has the biggest gap between ceiling and floor in the league Feb 12, 2024

Show notes

Slight tweak to the schedule this week as Trysta is traveling back from an extremely busy Super Bowl. We'll return with a full episode tomorrow but for not, let's talk about Ausar Thompson, who can, at any given time, look anywhere from a destroyer of worlds and future all star to barely an NBA player. He has the tools to really impress but his offensive game is, well, offensive.
