**Hearing Jesus: Daily Bible Study and Christian Affirmations**

Do you ever wonder whether you’re actually hearing God’s voice, or whether it’s just your own? Have you been in a season where He feels completely silent?

Hosted by Rachael Groll, the Hearing Jesus Podcast brings together daily Bible study, Christian affirmations, prayer, and spiritual growth to help you hear God more clearly and go deeper with Him. Each episode opens the Bible through historical context, Spirit-led teaching, and honest encouragement, so you can understand Scripture, strengthen your faith, and live it out in ordinary days.

Episodes cover daily devotionals, Christian prayer, Bible teaching, hearing the Holy Spirit, emotional healing, identity in Christ, and learning to recognize God’s direction in a noisy world.

Whether you’re looking for a daily devotional podcast, Christian encouragement, Bible study for women, or practical teaching on hearing God and following Jesus, this is a place to grow.

Day 83: Genesis 39: Potiphar’s Wife vs Joseph: Daily Bible Study, Daily Devotional

In this episode, we talk about Potiphar’s wife—not because she’s someone we want to learn from, but because her story highlights the integrity of Joseph. While she’s chasing selfish desires, Joseph stays grounded in his faith and refuses to compromise. Even when it costs him everything, he chooses to honor God. If you’ve ever felt like doing the right thing only made life harder, Joseph gets it. This story reminds us that even in the dark seasons, God is still with us.

Day 82: Genesis 38: Tamar in the Line of Christ: Daily Bible Study, Daily Devotional

In this episode, Rachael explores the misunderstood and often misrepresented story of Tamar from Genesis 38. While Tamar is often remembered only for disguising herself as a prostitute, a closer look reveals a woman who was brave, strategic, and determined to do what was right in a system that failed her at every turn. Tamar’s bold actions ultimately preserved the family line of Judah—a lineage that would lead directly to Jesus. Rachael unpacks the cultural and historical context of Tamar’s decisions and shows how God redeemed her story, reminding us that no matter how messy our lives feel, God can work through the dysfunction. Tamar’s story isn’t just about scandal—it’s about grace, redemption, and legacy.

Day 81: Genesis 37:12-36: God Sees What’s Coming: Daily Bible Study, Daily Devotional

When those closest to us cause the deepest pain, where do we turn? In this episode, we explore Genesis 37:12–36, where Joseph’s journey into betrayal and the unknown begins. Rejected by his own brothers, Joseph’s story reminds us that even the most painful detours can lead to God’s redemptive plan. If you’ve ever been hurt by someone you trusted, this episode will speak to your heart and offer hope that God is still working, even when you can’t see it yet.

Day 80: Genesis 37:5-11: God Given Dreams: Daily Bible Study, Daily Devotional

Have you ever had a dream so clear, you knew it came from God? In this episode, we explore the story of Joseph’s dreams in Genesis 37:5–11 and the jealousy and conflict they stirred within his family. When God speaks, not everyone will understand. But just like Joseph, we are called to hold tightly to what He has promised—especially when others can’t see it yet. This episode will encourage you to trust God’s timing, even in the waiting, and to stay faithful when your calling is misunderstood.
