Psalms for the Soul: Psalm 97: Daily Bible Study, Daily Devotional, Hearing Jesus

Growing in our relationship with the Lord allows God’s glory to shine in our lives. When that light is present, it exposes the sin of the world around us and sometimes even in our own lives. Today we talk about that concept and what it looks like to love what God loves and hate what God hates.

    Today’s Key Verse:

Let those that love the Lord hate evil, for he guards the lives of his faithful ones and delivers them from the hand of the wicked. Psalm 97:10

Psalms for the Soul: Psalm 94: Daily Bible Study, Daily Devotional, Hearing Jesus

There are two sides to God’s sovereignty, His discipline and His blessing. Sometimes we forget in moments of discipline or judgement, that He is operating in love for us. Today we unpack that concept a little bit and think through what that means in our lives. I pray this episode blesses you as you learn to see God’s discipline as His love.

    Today’s Key Verse:

But the Lord has become my fortress, and my God the rock in whom I take refuge. Psalm 94:22
