Ep. 85: Why Animal Crossing New Horizons Was Delayed Jul 02, 2019

Show notes

Today, Sergio and I have a lot of great topics to discuss. We start out by going over the news that we'll only get one island per Switch console. Is this going to be the most expensive game to start a second island? We then talk about possible reasons Animal Crossing New Horizons was delayed. Is Nintendo telling us the truth in the reasons they have given us so far?

Show notes

We have gotten our first look at Animal Crossing New Horizons and it's time to talk about all the new features that the game is bringing to the series. We start out by announcing the winners of the Name Guessing Contest we held. Sergio won the contest by guessing New Horizons as the name of the game. Since that was the case, we picked three winners for the contest. Finally, we end the show by asking our patrons how they felt about the reveal of the new game.

Show notes

We're only 2 weeks from seeing Animal Crossing Switch at E3 2019...hopefully. With it so close to the big day, we discuss our E3 plans and the different content we'll have going throughout that week. We also talk about our fears for Animal Crossing Switch. As of right now, we don't know a single thing about this game outside of the hard work Tom Nook is putting toward this game. So let's talk about what Nintendo could do with the game that would disappoint us.
