Dr. R. Scott Clark is Professor of Church History and Historical Theology at Westminster Seminary California in Escondido, CA. He's an ordained minister in the URC (United Reformed Churches), has been a pastor in various capacities since 1987, and has been teaching in the college or seminary context since 1995. What does "one substance, multiple administrations" mean? Is all of the Mosaic Law still in effect today? How do we understand the Mosaic Law in the Old Testament, New Testament, and today? What does the land have to do with the 10 Commandments?
