    ROB BECKETT: I’m a Chinese Takeaway & a Pint - If You Don’t Like It, Don’t Come Again Sep 22, 2026
    Show notes

Rob Beckett burst onto the comedy scene 15 years ago. Since then, he’s become one of the UK’s most successful and popular comedians - from his sell-out stand up tours to his hit podcast Parenting Hell, Rob & Romesh Vs and now, Celebrity Traitors.

I'd been trying to get Rob on the show for years, so finally sitting down with him for a proper laugh was a real pinch-me moment.

Behind the jokes is a comedian who's found his voice, stopped worrying about what other people think, and uses it to give us all a bit of light relief from the doom and gloom in the world.

    In this conversation, Rob shares:

    • Being told he was stupid by a teacher and how it stayed with him
    • How he found his voice as a comedian
    • The moment on Rob vs Romesh he realised he was burnt out
    • How having kids holds a mirror up to your own childhood
    • A surprise message from his wife, Lou

This conversation is a reminder that the best version of yourself is usually the one where you stop trying to be anything else.

    Rob Beckett is Great Company.

GEORGE CLARKE: Friends From Work, Being an Introvert & Why his Mum is his Hero Sep 15, 2026
    Show notes

George Clarke is one of the biggest British social media stars of his generation, followed by millions of people online.

He’s gone from posting funny videos in his university bedroom to making regular Sidemen appearances and reaching the Strictly Come Dancing final last year.

George’s rise happened faster than he ever expected. What surprised me most, though, was discovering that behind the funny videos is a self-confessed introvert who’s had to learn to live his life in the public eye.

    In our conversation, George shares:

    • Growing up as an introvert but always wanting to be a YouTuber
    • His Mum’s health struggles & why she’s his hero
    • His thoughts on KSI leaving the Sidemen
    • Why him and his friends started Friends From Work

George was one of the nicest, funniest people I've had the pleasure of sitting down with, and I can't wait to see what he does next.

    Show notes

Dr Federica Amati is the Head Nutritionist at ZOE and author of The Appetite Reset, https://amzn.eu/d/0iodLEof. She first came on the show back in 2024 and she completely blew my mind.

Now she's back…And this time, she's tackling weight loss drugs.

What started as a prescription treatment for diabetes has become a global cultural phenomenon, with millions now taking GLP-1s to lose weight.

Dr Federica reveals that people can eat up to 40% less food while taking these drugs, causing significant changes to their bodies. She also explains how they can rewire our brains, as well as the short and long term effects of taking them.

    In this episode, she shares:

    • How weight loss drugs really affect our bodies and minds
    • The connection between GLP-1s and addiction
    • How ‘skinny jabs’ are changing our supermarket shelves
    • Why young women may face unique long-term risks from GLP-1s

This is a fascinating conversation about medication that’s changing the way we think about our health, our bodies, and our relationship with food.

MICHAEL OWEN: The Price I Paid for Being England’s Golden Boy Sep 01, 2026
    Show notes

Michael Owen is one of England’s greatest strikers and football’s original Golden Boy. He signed for Liverpool at just 17, became England's youngest World Cup goalscorer and won the prestigious Ballon d'Or aged 21.

    But injuries changed everything.

At the top of his game, and far too early into his career, Michael’s body let him down. He moved from club to club, determined to keep playing the sport he loved, before eventually retiring in 2013.

In our conversation, Michael opens up about the highs, the low and how his family has kept him grounded throughout it all. He shares:

    • What it was like being England’s Golden Boy
    • How it felt when his body betrayed him aged 21
    • How his son, James, is clinically blind and hasn't let it hold him back
    • What he really thinks about his ‘boring’ image

Michael’s story is fascinating…and anything but boring.

    Michael Owen is Great Company.

    Show notes

This week, I wanted to revisit my conversation with one of the true queens of country music - THE Shania Twain.

Having Shania on the show was such a special moment. Her story is so inspirational, and in this Great Moment, she opens up about how writing music became her escape through some of the hardest times of her life.

She also tells me why she loves Dolly Parton, and why learning to be proud of yourself can be one of the most powerful things you can do.

FRANK WARREN: How a Kid from a Council Estate Became Boxing’s Biggest Promoter Aug 25, 2026
    Show notes

Frank Warren is one of the biggest names in British boxing, having promoted some of the greatest fighters the sport has ever seen.

I'm a huge boxing fan, so sitting down with Frank was a dream come true. And his life is like a Guy Ritchie movie…

Frank grew up on a council estate in North London, left school at 14 and fell into boxing promotion almost by accident. He went on to build an incredible career, only to be shot and nearly killed at the height of his success.

From surviving that to promoting some of the biggest nights in boxing, Frank has seen it all.

    In this conversation, Frank shares:

    • The moment he was shot and nearly killed in 1989
    • Why signing Ricky Hatton was one of his proudest achievements
    • His thoughts on how ‘influencer-boxing’ is changing the sport
    • What happened when he got punched by Mike Tyson

Frank is a reminder that resilience isn't about avoiding setbacks - it's about what you build after them.

    Frank Warren is Great Company.

JACK WHITEHALL: Why I Owed Jamie Big Time | GREAT MOMENTS Aug 23, 2026
    Show notes

Usually, Great Moments is all about the advice and takeaways from our amazing guests. But this week it's a little different…

I wanted to share part of my conversation with a good friend of mine, Jack Whitehall. Jack didn’t come on Great Company because he wanted to… in fact, he only agreed to do it because he owed me a BIG favour.

In this Great Moment, Jack reveals exactly what that favour was and what it’s really like to work with his father, the unintentionally hilarious, Michael Whitehall.
