Like a windshield – “Simply noticing is like being the clear glass on a car windshield. The clear glass windshield simply provides the view. The clear glass never comments on the view. When driving down the street, does a clear glass windshield ever say, “I would prefer another scene. Choose somewhere else to drive, please!”? A clear glass windshield never adds to or complicates what comes into its field of view by also thinking about the view. I am so thankful that I am now consciously aware of my Inner Power. This natural feeling of Love is my constant reminder of who walks with me. I fear nothing. I am Loved, confident, and free. When I feel this current of inner Bliss, I am feeling God's infinite Wealth flowing to me now, and forever.
Use this one, or write your own and read it in front of the mirror until you tap into that Go(o)d feeling, and then try to stay feeling It for as long as you can. Keep remembering It. Keep remembering that your good rides in on this feeling. This God feeling becomes your good life.

Today's Practice:
Pretend you're standing in front of a window with a clear view out at a mountainous forest. It's a gorgeous day. The colors are vibrant and crisp. Now, shift your attention to your reflection in the window. The view is still there, but now it's in the background, and your reflection is in the foreground. Even if there was a war outside your window, it would be no more difficult to become aware of your reflection... of your innate Peace, that's also present. No matter what's on view (and it is constantly changing!), don't lose sight of your Self. Don't forget Love. Don't make the view and its alternating, alluring beautiful and terrifying images more important than your awareness of Love. Truly, only Love is here. And you are That. Feel It. Be It.

1. Notice your whole, entire body.
2. Imagine that you have a bigger body that surrounds your entire body.
3. Be that bigger body.
Live from and AS the bigger body, witnessing the regular body, its thoughts, and its world from this expanded (and more natural) perspective. This is very similar to the practice from the panning out episode-- just approached from a different angle! Get back, or hover above, or pan out, or live in the bigger body, or live as the spiritual body--- do what it takes to continuously recognize that you are more than that body!
