Today's Practice:
GIVE the Love you've been seeking from others, to others, by knowing that there are no others. Feel It where you see the stranger, your child, your friend, your sister. Know that where the stranger, child, friend, or sister is standing, only the Christ is. Only Love. Catch their eye, and for a moment know their Truth. Feel Love inside while looking at them. Feel Love inside and outside until the concepts of 'inside' and 'outside', 'you' and 'them' are dissolved... in Truth. In Love. No separation. No division. No lack. You'll still see 'you' and 'them', but you'll FEEL Love, the One and Only. Feel This. Be This, and heal the world.

Which means to stop and become aware of this Love that we practice, while simultaneously aware of human emotions like anger, frustration, or happiness. It means to stop and become aware of the feeling of Love while tasting food. It means to pause and feel Love while seeing the world, to feel Love where you see the world. To know only Love IS, where the world is appearing. This remembrance IS gratitude. You're grateful that you know the Truth, the Essence, the 'stuff' that makes up the world and your experience. This is the bridge. The path. "Love is the way I walk in gratitude."

Whenever you get time today, sit in a quiet space and fast from thinking. Observe the Silence that is present even when thoughts are happening, and gently, but diligently keep shifting your attention back to the Silence. Keep flexing that muscle until you can see that even the shifting is being witnessed. There's an awareness of 'your' efforts to pivot out of thinking and back to the Silence. Bonus points for abiding in and AS this Loving Awareness. Be your Self. It is thought-free, naturally. It is Love.

"We don’t realize how deep our learned assumptions are embedded. Could all this really be a projection of consciousness? Is it really just a matter of how it has been interpreted? Dare we recognize that consciousness is not some quality or power that we “own” and exercise individually, and that everything, including our precious self, is nothing but consciousness?
Now, stand up with the book in your hand. Going only by what you see, here and now, not what you think or believe or remember...
Look at your feet.
Now move your gaze up your body.
Look at your ankles,
Your knees,
Your hips,
Stomach,
Chest,
Can you see any further up your body?
Going by sight alone, not what you believe or feel, can you accurately describe what you see where your head is supposed to be?
We were taught that we are our body and that somehow, by some mysterious, unknown process consciousness has appeared in it. We have assumed this for so long that we don’t even question it. Isn’t it time we looked to see for ourselves? Does consciousness appear in our body or is it our body that appears in consciousness?
See for yourself right now. Put down this book, look down at your body and ask yourself, “Is consciousness appearing in my body or is it my body that is appearing in this consciousness?” Don’t go by your learned assumptions; just look openly and honestly, as if for the first time.
Then ask, “Could this body even appear without consciousness? Could anything appear without this consciousness here?”
What are we then? Are we our body as we have been told or are we consciousness, as we can directly observe for ourselves? So, what then is our body? Could it be consciousness also?"

You'll be guided to the first person experience... the same one you have when you're wearing a VR headset. Stay as the first person today, until you see that you're no person. When you become aware of Love, you are aware as That- your identity has automatically shifted from being the body to being aware of the body. That's effortlessness. Whether the body is doing nothing or doing something , it's 'doing' and as long as you think you're the body, you're doing, too. You're not that. You're "Loving Awareness." Stop playing and be what you are!

In today's quick episode and guided meditation, I share a Q&A from my new app, Go(o)d Friends, and a powerfully uncompromising mantra, 'None Else', inspired by Isaiah 45.

Q: "In difficult moments I am practicing using the technique of remembering/reminding myself that this isn’t real and in pleasant moments saying “this is love appearing as…” . I know everyone’s path is different but am I correct in this approach?"
A: "Yes, mostly! A ‘quicker’ way to get to this realization is to see that no matter what’s on scene, it isn’t real. Not the good or the bad. Only the LOVE (that you practice feeling) is real. And this practice of felt-Love and knowing that IT is and nothing you see is, quickly begins to sink in and is realized in all its glory.
‘Love appearing as’ is a wonderful and beautiful practice but like everything, it’s not entirely true. Love appearing as the peaceful ocean outside my window feels true until a hurricane rolls in. Is that Love appearing? It’s the same ocean scene… but now it’s raging. Love never actually creates or appears. It just is. A truer practice would be to say, ‘tho I see this peaceful or raging ocean, I see nothing. Only Love is here.’ And you feel that.
My mantra until it sank in was, ‘not good humanhood or bad humanhood, Christhood.’ So where I’d see good and bad humans… judgments and concepts… the mind… I’d feel the ONE… the Truth. The Love. I’d feel Love where I saw the worldly concept of good and bad stuff and rest there, AS that Love.
Resting in that neutral space brings about what you’ve been seeking. You’ll recognize you are what you’ve been seeking. And It’s beyond anything that I can attempt to put into words. Everything I say is a diversion from truth. Every word takes you further away and here we are… my thumbs still going haha!
I love you so much and I’m with you. Keep watching that body like you’re watching a movie. Keep remembering that nothing you see is there. Only Love is and feel It. The rest is Grace."
Only this one invisible presence is here. The presence I thought I was, is actually His... it never was 'me'. It was always only Love, and I Am That.
Only Love is left. Only Love is here.
