Just like when you put on your noise cancelling headphones,

there's that moment where it seals out the outsides noises...

right now you've been sealed off from the inside noise.

Thoughts can't touch Here.

Only the Silent One can.

Only the Silent One is.

It's always speaking, but now you're Listening.

The way you listen after you say 'hey siri' or 'alexa' or 'mercedes'...

You know how you listen after you say that? To see if she heard?

This Silence is the way you know God heard.

God hears.

This Silence is your Treasure,

and then it beomes your treasure (in maya)--

you see it as health,

you experience it as wealth,

you experience it as a GoOD life,

becuse you've embodied the GoOD state.

The state that sees the 7000 things,

but knows The One,

feels The One,

hears The One.

Whenever you find youreself over thinking today,

noisy inside,

bring both hands up to your ears as if you're putting on your thought-cancelling headphones,

put them on.

And God will put You on.

1. Prioritized meditation and silent sitting

2. Limited access to me- reduced meetings, phone calls, text messages, excessive news watching, and went inside myself ("Worldly people go outwards but you go inwards like the tortoise withdrawing in his shell." - Neem Karoli Baba)

3. Whenever fear or doubt would arise, I'd immediately retreat if I could, to hear God's voice, the voice of Silence, over my own.

4. Trusted that everything would be okay no matter what, and that whether the storm appeared to hit our home or not, the practice, the work was the same-- to open my heart.

5. Smiled and help others find theirs.

This episode is a portal,

a door,

an open door you just walk thorugh.

A threshold you cross over.

Nothing is the same.

The practice (to be performed three times a day, for two minutes each time):

1. Sit down and close that body's eyes

2. Mentally state: "Here I am Father. Speak, I am listening. I desire to do your will."

3. Expectantly listen for a couple of minutes before getting up and going about your GoOD day.

Note: I speak as if to the Love I feel inside-everywhere. I speak it to the Silence.
