This is something I talk about all the time on my Instagram platform and I think it’s important to understand that all moms have bad days or bad moments, but it doesn’t make you a bad mom. Good moms can yell and raise their voice, good moms can allow screen time, good moms can feed their kids mac & cheese three nights in a row, good moms can breast-feed OR formula feed, good moms don’t have to have a clean house all the time and good moms can cry too.
