Jen walks through two powerful scripture passages to show that God doesn't ask you to get it together before drawing near — he meets you right in the middle of the worry, the tight chest, and the spiraling thoughts. A grounding, faith-based reflection for anyone who needs a reminder that anxious feelings are an invitation, not a barrier.

She came to him and asked, “Lord, don’t you care that my sister has left me to do the work by myself?
