Show notes
Hey guys! Today I sit down with Comedy Central Executive and author of the book “Buy Yourself the F*cking Lilies”, Tara Schuster. We talk about hitting rock bottom, taking responsibility for your life, accessing pain, neglectful parents, and how Tara is Gettin' Better!
I highly recommend Tara's book "Buy Yourself the F*cking Lilies: And Other Rituals to Fix Your Life"
You can buy her book on amazon here: https://www.amazon.com/Buy-Yourself-cking-Lilies-Rituals-ebook/dp/B07RZGK2XW
