CLL #1137 (feat. Warren G. W/ Dr. Bruce) 02/07/2000 – Monday Night Show Source – Dr. Bruce Tape (2010) with Tobydog Tape (Pre-2007) Patches

An episode I first recovered roughly 8 years ago in the Dr. Bruce stash of tapes, this one took a lot of work. Now 100% complete. Warren G is making his only appearance during the Adam era. All warbling that could be removed has been removed, leaving behind only a few seconds in a few spots.

CLL #1136 (feat. Laura Prepon, Wilmer Valderrama and Topher Grace) 02/06/2000 – Sunday Night Show Source – Debbi and Chris Tape (2019)

An episode I first recovered a decade ago from a “best of” recording, now with a superior copy of that same 20% of the program with a huge audio upgrade. Topher is making his 2nd and final appearance on Classic Loveline, Laura and Wilmer are making their CLL debut and both return to the show. Wilmer has two more appearances, in 2002 and again in 2003. Laura returns to the show with Mila Kunis in 2002. It’s too bad we don’t have the full episode and that it’s likely lost forever. UPDATE: now 99% complete with 2 brand new recordings, just missing the closing goodbye segment. Who knows what happens,

An episode I first recovered a decade ago. 99.9% complete, just missing a few seconds off the top of the closing “Mahalo” segment. Claude is making his only appearance on CLL, Nicole is making her only known appearance though it’s possible she guested before this. Drew is remotely broadcasting and gets into a bit of an on air scuffle with Adam. Adam mocks Anderson for messing up and Adam talks about being single. Update: Audio upgrade.

CLL #1133 (feat. Majandra Delfino) 02/01/2000 – Tuesday Night Show Source – Lost Tape VHS (2018)

A brand new source for an existing episode, first shared online in February of 2000 via a very low quality mp3. There have been several partial audio upgrades over the past 18 years but now we have the definitive hi-fi transfer and video. Majandra immediately strikes up a fun chemistry with both Adam and Drew in her debut appearance on the show. This one is all over the place with topical news discussions, the boys mocking Majandra’s shopping decisions and some solid calls. Majandra returns to the show once more in 2001 with her ‘Roswell’ costar Shiri Appleby, it’s a shame she didn’t guest more frequently as she’s one of the greats. This is in my top

She returned to the show twice after Adam’s departure in 2006 and 2007. Busy is a Loveline legend and one of the all time greatest guests who always manages to engage in

CLL #1130 (feat. MXPX w/ Dr. Bruce) 01/27/2000 – Thursday Night Show Source – Lost Tape VHS (2018)

The music of MXPX shaped the opening bumper of Loveline throughout the late 90’s, through two different sets of radio imaging. Someone must have been as big of a fan of them as I was, Engineer Mike? Scott? that other guy whose name I was always forget, maybe him.

GLL Episode 1129 Jan 27, 2000

Show notes

CLL #1129 (feat. Snoop Dogg & Tha Eastsidaz) 01/26/2000 – Wednesday Night Show Source – XJosh VHS Tape (2024) with a Lost Tape VHS (2018) Patch

A brand new source for an existing episode, first recovered a decade ago. still only 20% complete, though a full tape was discovered I prematurely celebrated, the tape ended up being almost entirely blank, having been erased or suffered some kind of recording malfunction. We still only have this 20 minute clip from the best of recording. At least it sounds better. This is an amazing segment of a long lost episode that’s extra painful now that we were so close. Now Updated with an additional 20+ minutes, the episode is now 47% complete. Now roughly 90% complete but still missing the “key” segment with all
