    CFP Barbara Ginty is joined by a previous guest from episode 63. 64 and 118 of the podcast, Sabine (whose previous name is Eglantine). Sabine has successfully had $150K of student loans forgiven through the public service loan forgiveness program. She lives in a two-family house and rents out the first floor, covering her mortgage, and still lives in Massachusetts with her family. Her monthly income varies from 15K-30K a year as an adjunct professor and her husband makes around 100K working in coding.
