Introducing Pretend: The Stalker Jul 17, 2025

Show notes

Fruitloops is taking a short break, so today we're sharing a wild ride from one of our favorite podcasts, Pretend by Javier Leiva!

This binge-worthy show is all about people who live a lie - con artists, cult leaders, undercover agents… and everyday people. Javier dives deep into these twisted tales through interviews, investigations, and the relentless pursuit of truth behind the deception.

This episode, titled The Stalker, tells the disturbing story of a couple relentlessly targeted by a sadistic cyberstalker for years. Despite numerous pleas for help, the harassment continues. In fact, the couple has faced accusations from the very detectives assigned to their case.

Enjoy, and be sure to subscribe to Pretend, you’ll thank us later!
