Spartan racing is always pushing their contestants to challenge their limits and redefine what they think is possible. Nicole and I talk about what it’s like to undergo some of the most challenging obstacles, how she got involved in obstacle racing, and what it’s like to push her body to actual failure a few weeks back at the world championships in Lake Tahoe

He moved to Virginia in high school and later found himself at Indiana University where he quickly became one of the nation’s and world’s top sprinters. We discuss what it’s like to move to a completely new country, how he handles the pressures of expectations of his family and coaches, as well as how he has gone head to head with some of the most famous sprinters in history, and won.
