Stacey is a health and wellness advocate, former fitness trainer, and Reiki practitioner, who wanted to start a podcast on those topics but was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2024. Lynette and Stefanie ask Stacey about her journey over the last year dealing with her diagnosis, having surgery, telling her children, losing friends, and finding silver linings. Stacey also provides some great advice and insight into some steps women should take to find and properly identify any potential tumors that may present.
