Fasting & Staying in Zone 2 - Episode 1944 Oct 04, 2021

She'll fast for 24 hours, or something like that. When you break a fast, do it with something high in fat! Anna had chicken thighs and mushrooms. You do NOT need to fast on this way of eating. Vinnie doesn't think fasting is for everyone. Check out Dr. Jason Fung if you want to learn more about fasting. STAYING IN ZONE 2 Start slow with Zone 2. Eventually, you'll build up. Vinnie did 17 hours of aerobics over a few days and stayed in Zone 2 the whole time. Zone 2 exercise can be relaxing, and it's so very good for you. Hiking, walking, running, etc., can be zone 2 exercise. Listen to a podcast while you do it if time moves slowly for you. Vinnie uses this time to catch up on music and podcasts.
