However, baseball once again couldn't get out of its own way and left itself with an embarrassing headline: there will be no players inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame in the class of 2021. Ethan Budowsky says this outcome exposes a flawed system that gives control to self-important people (in the Baseball Writers' Association of America) who want to feel power over players. |
