How Wireless Technology Is Creating Sickness At Unprecedented Speed May 01, 2021
    Show notes

Heart palpitations, migraines, muscle pain, brain cancer, cognitive difficulties…The list of side effects from wireless technology radiation goes on and on.

Yet, unfortunately, 5G antennas continue to pop up all over the globe, and are already installed in almost every major city in the U.S.

    Tune in to learn:

    • How wireless technology and radiation may be contributing to the significant increase in cases of early-onset Alzheimer's, ADHD, and cancer over the past 10-15 years
    • What system in the body is first affected by wireless technology and radiation, and why
    • How to limit your exposure to the harmful effects of wireless technology
    • What important distinction exists between 5G wireless technology, and modulation (i.e. the way information is carried over wireless carrier waves)

Returning guest, Dafna Tachover, tells listeners everything they need to know about how and why their health is at risk, and what's being done about it.

She explains the science behind how wireless technology—and especially the rollout of 5G across the globe—is creating sickness at unprecedented speeds, with very few people even knowing it.

Tachover receives countless emails from families who suffer a range of detrimental and sometimes even debilitating symptoms within days of 5G antennas being installed and activated in their neighborhoods. With over 800,000 of these antennas slated for activation over the next 10 years, a major public health crisis is in our midst, and the worst part is that the truth is being actively hidden from the public, leaving people to wonder why they and their children are getting sick.

The allowed level of radiation you can be exposed to is now quintillions above the level of radiation that exists naturally in the environment, and has been increased millions of times over the last 30 years. As a result, our bodies are struggling to adapt, and failing to do so.

She explains the $30 million National Toxicology Program's study funded by the FDA and the information since revealed and hidden from the public, the status of your right to file an ADA claim in response to falling ill as a result of this technology, the lawsuit filed just over a month ago against a draconian law commonly referred to as OTARD (Over the Air Receiving Devices), a report written by prominent scientist, Dr. Christopher Portier, which links radiation from wireless tech to brain cancer, why it's particularly dangerous to live in apartment complexes, steps people can take to protect themselves as much as possible, and so much more.

It's no exaggeration to say that the information in this podcast could be a matter of life and death for many.

Emerging Medical Technologies and Data Analysis Techniques for the Current Virus Situation – Sally Embrey Shares her Insight on the Future of Understanding the Current Virus Situation Apr 30, 2021
    Show notes

Can Covid-19 be understood through the lens of data analysis? By using artificial intelligence, variables previously going unused could be seen in a new light. Press play to learn:

    • If viral load dictates how contagious an individual may be
    • The accuracy of the initial data surrounding the Covid-19 pandemic
    • The data gaps that still need to be explored

Sally Embrey, DataRobot's Vice President of Public Health and Health Technologies, shares her experience using data modeling to better understand the Covid-19 pandemic.

By focusing on viral loads and the variables in the pandemic that may cause asymptomatic spread, hotspots could start being identified before they became a threat. By understanding the chain of events from initial infection to the first signs of symptoms, populations under threat could better understand how to combat the virus within their community.

Using data sources collected from publicly available databases from around the country and globally, the consistency and accuracy of the data could reach the level needed for useful predictions and analysis. Due to this new availability of quality research, the work from DataRobot has been able to be used on the federal level and beyond.

Unmasking the Truth About the Current Virus Situation and the Vaccine – An In-Depth Discussion with Lee Merritt Apr 29, 2021
    Show notes

    Dr. Lee Merritt Bio:

Dr. Lee Merritt experienced medicine first hand at age four accompanying her father on housecalls along the back roads of Iowa. She graduated in 1980 from the University of Rochester School of Medicine in New York where she was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. She completed an Orthopaedic Residency and served 10 years as a Physician and Surgeon in the United States Navy. After completing a Spinal Surgery fellowship she spent over 25 years in private practice. She served on the board of the Arizona Medical Association, and on the Naval Research Advisory Committee where she looked at medical defense issues for the military. She is past president of the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons, and has devoted her professional career to patient centered ethical medicine. Was the Covid-19 virus upregulated in a lab? Whether it was manufactured or not, it may not be a natural virus and has implications far beyond the infection itself. Listen in to learn:

    • The precautions that may be more effective than masks
    • If carbon dioxide retention can impact your immune system
    • The endgame plan in the coming future of the pandemic

Dr. Lee Merritt, past president of the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons, joins the conversation to discuss ethical medicine and to uncover the truth about the stealth warfare of the pandemic.

Information that may have been capable of saving countless, like the efficacy of anti-microbial treatments and early action, seems to have been systematically suppressed. Since these methods were not relied on, less effective and even possibly more dangerous counteractions were implemented instead.

While mandatory vaccines may appear to be on the horizon, adverse reactions and thousands of deaths are still not fully understood. Without a complete picture of the long-lasting effects of vaccination, we may be rushing headlong into a much worse fate than the pandemic.

Parasitioid Wasps: Michael R. Strand Talks Insect Physiology Worthy of Alien Film Apr 28, 2021
    Show notes

That scene of an alien invader exploding from another life form's chest might be happening in your backyard. Entomologist Michael Strand says that, "virtually every insect on the planet is parasitized by some parasitoid wasps." He explains how this ubiquitous wasp has been so successful for millions of years through its evolved insect anatomy and physiology. Listen and learn

    • How common parasitoid insect activity is, but also how diverse,
    • How some species have endogenized viral particles in their genes and genetics that enable them to affect their host's behavior, and
    • How they are used as biological control in pest management, taking advantage of the ecological role of insects to curb harmful pest populations.

Michael R Strand is the H.M. Pulliam Chair at the University of Georgia and professor in the Entomology Department. He specializes in insect physiology and tells listeners about the life cycle, variety, and research interests around parasitoid wasps. There's a basic pattern most of the wasps follow: the female lays eggs in another living organism, usually but not always an arthropod. The stage of the organism can vary from pupal to adult and the activity of the emerging wasps can differ by what part of that organism they eat, the behavior the wasp sting may induce, and when they emerge from their host.

Especially intriguing is the role of viral particle DNA in what these wasps can actually accomplish. Strand says that, "in effect, the parasitoid is using an ancestral virus to be able to successfully parasitize the host that it develops in." Through stings and vertical gene transfer, the wasp induces certain behaviors and conditions in its host, such as paralysis or even specific movement that benefits the wasp progeny. He explains how these polydnaviruses became associated with the wasps and what questions he and other scientists are still working on answering. Listen in for more about how these specialized wasps engage in a complex and fascinating life cycle and where applications from this knowledge might lead. Rogue Cells: Cancer and Evolution with David Goode Apr 28, 2021
    Show notes

"These tumors actually becoming something that's very, very different in response to therapy. And this allows them then to survive and adapt," says David Goode, regarding current studies he's leading on cancer, specifically prostate. He adds that by changing cell type, these cancer cells evade treatment by altering what they need. He describes intricacies in cancer progression he's learned through computational biology work that could inform better treatment. Listen and learn

    • How his lab utilizes genetics biology and cancer evolution nature to figure out what makes some tumors more aggressive than others,
    • Why this type of cancer genetics and genomics work offers evolutionary clues regarding resistance development,
    • How prostate cancer cells transdifferentiate into a neuro endocrine cell type so that they don't need testosterone anymore, and
    • What "signatures of loss of multicellularity" means and why his lab studies the process in cancer cells.

David Goode is group leader and faculty in the Computational Biology Program with the Peter MacCallum Cancer Center in Australia. His work engages the importance of genetics and evolution in cancer through bioinformatics, genomics, molecular evolution, and population genetics. He and colleagues are trying to better understand the results of cancer evolution. They use mathematical models where they can stimulate tumor growth in simulations. This allows them to follow progressions and different mutations and clonal populations over changes in tumors at different points in time of therapy.

He gets specific about some of their cutting-edge techniques and research. While they use whole genome sequencing or exome sequencing, he adds that, "single cell technologies are really powerful, and that's something we are looking to move into where you can actually profile individual cells." For now, they also utilize tools and analyses in their computational work to understand how tumors become resistant to therapies. He adds, "if we know that, then perhaps we can come up with better ways to treat patients that will prevent the tumors from becoming resistant in the first place." Listen in for more about this promising research. Episode also available on Apple Podcasts: apple.co/30PvU9C

Understanding Alzheimer's Disease Through Genetic Mutations with Pierre N. Tariot and Yakeel Quiroz-Gaviria Apr 27, 2021
    Show notes

How can specific clusters of individuals in populations in certain parts of the world further dementia research worldwide? New research shows that mutations present in younger group members can help prevent the early onset of symptoms. Listen up to learn:

    • The specific mutation that causes a high concentration of early-onset dementia
    • If regional diets can play a role in the onset of Alzheimer's Disease
    • How the level of risk can be calculated based on the presence of genes

Pierre N. Tariot, director of Banner Alzheimer's Institute, and Yakeel Quiroz-Gaviria, associate professor of psychology at Harvard University, share their work with genetic mutations that affect the onset of dementia.

Due to a lack of understanding previously present in the communities where the genetic mutations have been present, research is only now uncovering the mysteries behind the cluster of high-density cases. Whether it be diet or other outside factors at play, the genetic mutations caused can shed light on the factors that may lead to Alzheimer's Disease or early-onset Dementia.

With a new understanding of family history, variants of genes can be tracked to determine the likelihood individuals will be at risk throughout their lives. If the genetic line is interrupted by introducing outside genes, the likelihood may go down, but the gene mutation will remain present.

Cytogenetics and the Functions of Cancer Cells - Kimberly Bussey Discusses the Importance of Genetics and Chromosomes in Cancer Apr 27, 2021
    Show notes

Why do cancers rearrange their genomes, and how do their chromosome evolutions shift their development? Research into theories of growth may shed some light on areas previously cloaked in mystery. Listen up to learn:

    • The atavistic cancer hypothesis
    • If tumors have localized microbiomes
    • How altering the structure of tumors can play a role in defending them within the body?

Kimberly Bussey, Assistant Professor of Precision Medicine at Midwestern University, shares her research into cancer genomes, their growth methods, and changes over evolutions.

Some genes that may be essential for multicellular organisms may not be so for unicellular organisms. New research into single cancer cells may yield the discovery that essentialism could hold a fundamental discovery into what genes are genuinely essential in the proliferation and functions of cancer cells.

Tumors appear to have a localized microbiome, making it more difficult for the body to fight the rogue cells, enhancing the environment for rapid proliferation and growth of the tumor. Creating these previously unfamiliar environments can fundamentally change the tumor and hamper the body's natural and usually effective immune response.

Controlling Tissue Shape and Regeneration in Cell Biology- An In-Depth Look into the Mechanical Forces in Tissue Development with Yanlan Mao Apr 26, 2021
    Show notes

What governs the shape of organs and tissues in the human body and beyond. Research is being carried out to determine coordinating factors within the body. Press play to learn:

    • The events that have the most significant impact on shaping an organism.
    • How cell division is oriented in a particular direction.
    • The role mathematic models play in predicting shapes that form within an organism

Group leader at MRC Laboratory of Molecular Cell Biology at University College London, Yanlan Mao, shares their research into the formation and growth orientation of organisms.

Cell proliferation determines how organisms grow and divide, and the rate of proliferation can lead to the formation of specific shapes or disorders as development continues. If cells have traits that can orient the direction of the division, shapes can morph from spherical to oblong, and finally into recognizable figures.

Fruit flies are invaluable resources in discovering genetic predispositions in cell growth, showing predictable growth for research purposes, and modifiable traits to test independently. By slightly changing characteristics in specific tissue cells, tension can be altered, and regrowth traits in cells can be sped up.

Cohabitating with Cancer: Dr. Nasha Winters Talks Trauma and Metabolic Approach to Cancer Apr 26, 2021
    Show notes

"My knowledge outpaced the proliferation of the cancer," says Dr. Nasha Winters. After numerous, debilitating health challenges including an ovarian cancer diagnoses at nineteen, she collected information from around the world for healing methods beyond Western medicine. A doctor and cancer survivor, she tells her story, sharing

    • How she faced a dire ovarian cancer diagnosis at a young age,
    • Why her early cancer symptoms were hidden within other health issues like celiac disease,
    • What imaging alternatives she's discovered that don't involve kidney-damaging dyes, and
    • How her diet and self-treatment methods evolved over time and solidified into a healthful therapeutic diet and approach that she shares with patients.

Physician and author Nasha Winters has faced a twenty-seven year journey alongside cancer. She calls it the "classic pain-to-purpose story," and it begins with her teen years, when she suffered from numerous debilitating conditions, including polycystic ovarian syndrome, endometriosis, and undiagnosed ovarian cancer. Everything hit a breaking point and she found herself in the hospital with a substantial bowel blockage. As doctors began to uncover illness upon illness in a time without early cancer detection options, she was about to face several months with nausea and pain so severe she couldn't eat.

But that's when she began to walk multiple roads toward healing. It turns out that by fasting, she later learned that she was relieving some of the cytotoxic burden. Through various experiences over the following years such as world travel and medical school, she accrued a wealth of avenues to answer not if can cancer be cured, but how can one live with cancer and change the narrative. She shares details of her story and amazing ways she's helped her patients, describing innovative imaging like Prenuvo that leaves out the damaging dyes. Her journey included a new understanding of childhood trauma and illness. She comments, "you cannot heal from the soil in which you got sick unless you pluck out all those weeds." She now trains other physicians around the world to approach cancer treatment in these fundamentally new ways. Listen in to hear about her new book and her amazing experiences.
