Today I was feeling overwhelmed, over it, and over life. Sometimes comparison takes over and I have to ground myself and remind myself that the only person I should be comparing myself with is my old-self.
Notice all the selfs? Seems selfish reading it that way, but we do have to take care of ourselves. It is kinda like when they tell you on an airplane you have to put your mask on before you help someone else.
I want you to remember a few random thoughts;
Hurt people hurt people
Compare yourself only to your past self
Social Media isn't always as it seems
Celebrate the small victories
Remember you are worthy and so important
