Tish is a licensed professional counselor (LPC) with over 6,000 hours of clinical hours of care and serves as the Clinical Director of MyCounselor Online.

She is a trained sex therapist as well as trained in the trauma informed and attachment based therapies of AEDP and EFT. She holds a bachelors in biblical studies and a masters in counseling (MA). Tish is passionate about helping individuals and marriages heal from loss and trauma.

Tish has been married since 2005 to a church planter/pastor. She is the mother of two. She enjoys coffee, the outdoors and spending time with her family.

You were made for closeness and connection. Connection with God, with people and in your marriage. Yet, exhaustion, striving, noise and distractions are real life hurdles to closeness and intimacy. What would it look like to have invitational rest in your life?

In this episode, Francie shares from her own journey and experience with the weariness of exhaustion and gently encourages you to lay down the hurdles of rest and simply "come to Him." Let's set aside the barrier of exhaustion and make room for quietness and margin (even if it's a little uncomfortable).

Let's talk about image bearing power, because what your body reveals is really good news. As you teach your children to watch for the cultural cues that seek to elevate ideas that don't align with God's goodness, let's look at the good news that the body itself reveals.

God uses visible things to reveal what is invisible about His nature. This is true for your body. You can see something about our invisible God through the body. We can know God by observing the things He has made.

Sexuality and gender is like a clue to show us what God is like and how we can show God to others through the body.

Your body is good! Let's lean in to the good news shown through theology of the body.

You'll learn small phrases to help you teach your children about the meaningful purpose of the body…and show them a better way to create a big cultural shift.

Do you want to know how to effectively lead your kids into truth during this confusing time in our culture? It begins with understanding the meaning of what it is to be human…and it starts with YOU.

What does it mean to be a fully alive human, made in the image of God from head to toe? And, what does it look like to walk in fullness of knowing why God gave you a body, distinctly male or female with great purpose. God designed your body to be communicators of His glory (Romans 1:20). Your body is GOOD.

When we reframe the conversation about the body, gender and sexualty we can shift from a list of rules, and do's and don'ts to a vision of WHY God created our body, our gender, our genitals. Embrace the GOODNESS of what God reveals through your body.
