Last year, President Joe Biden made Juneteenth the newest federal holiday. The day is said to commemorate slaves in Texas hearing the news of Abraham Lincoln’s Emancipation Proclamation and of their impending freedom on June 19, 1865. Let’s set aside the fact that the 13th Amendment wasn’t ratified until December 1865 and slavery was not officially banned in President Biden’s home state of Delaware until 1901. June 19, 2020, was the first time that many Americans heard the word Juneteenth, but it wasn’t in connection with freed slaves from a century and a half ago. It was a part of the protests following the death of George Floyd. Jason believes the connection to Floyd is problematic. “I suspect most people don’t fully comprehend or get Juneteenth. It’s a national holiday because of the death of George Floyd, not because our political leaders had a sincere interest in celebrating the emancipation of slaves in Texas or across the South.” Jason has an alternative to the polarizing, over-politicized holiday. “Fearless” contributor Delano Squires shares his thoughts and discusses the problem with the colors red, green, and black being associated with Juneteenth. "Fearless" soldier Dave Shannon answers the question of whether America will ever accept the holiday as a legitimate one. Plus, Shemeka Michelle has some words for Joy Reid.

You probably haven’t heard the name Ethan Liming. Liming was a 17-year-old beaten to death on the campus of LeBron James’ “I Promise” School in Akron, Ohio. LeBron wore a hoodie for Trayvon Martin, took a knee for George Floyd. Other than a tweet wrought with grammatical errors, he is silent for Liming’s murder. It’s because Ethan is white, and the three men arrested for his murder were black. Jason isn't mincing words. “LeBron has smoke for everyone white he believes wrongly takes a life. He has nothing substantive to say when black people take lives. LeBron James is a stereotypical bigot.” James once compared himself to Emmett Till after someone spray-painted the gate to his California mansion. “Liming and his family have far more in common with Emmett and Mamie Till than LeBron James ever will.” Shemeka Michelle stops by to fan the flames of Jason’s fire and wants to know where the “say their name” crowd is hiding. Plus, Steve Kim adds his thoughts on King James and his carefully crafted and politically motivated pandering on social media.

First, Bill Maher gets red-pilled and slowly drifts to the center. Now, Saturday Night Live’s "Weekend Update" anchor Michael Che is the latest comedian to realize that woke is the real joke. Che recently turned to Instagram to criticize the Jan. 6 hearings in Washington, warning Americans that they need to wake up before they lose their country. In the now-deleted post, Che admitted his comments could cost him his audience and sponsors. Jason believes that comedians and pastors are society’s gatekeepers of truth and says both have been failing us. Alex Stein has been ahead of the curve of conservative comedy. He takes a break from his budding rap career to join “Fearless” to discuss comedy’s collapse. Last week, the question was “what is a woman?” This week, Baptist leaders have been asked "what is a pastor?" Best-selling author and megachurch leader Dr. Rick Warren wants the Southern Baptist Convention to answer that question. Breaking from long-standing principles, Warren’s Saddleback Church recently ordained three women as pastors at the Southern California church, sparking debate and controversy at the SBC’s annual meeting. In this week’s edition of “Tennessee Harmony,” Pastors Bobby Harrington and Anthony Walker answer the contentious question: Can a woman be a pastor? The Daily Wire documentary “What Is a Woman?” has been a smashing success, championed by fans and subscribers who flock to the site for its conservative commentary. DW’s latest feature film, “Terror on the Prairie,” strays far from the company’s base and more closely resembles another woke feminist Netflix project. Jason attended the world premiere of the film and argues this departure is another example of those who’d rather have your vote than reflect your values. The Western stars Gina Carano, the former “Mandalorian” actress canceled by Disney after sharing social media posts comparing Republicans to persecuted Jews. It's the former MMA fighter's first film since leaving Hollywood, but Jason argues that she isn’t looking to portray a character that upholds the values of the Right; rather, she just wants to get “uncanceled.” If you are looking for conservatives to fight your battles in a secular society where the Left dictates the rules of engagement, you will only leave feeling defeated. The Daily Wire’s film division offered up hope to millions of Americans seeking an alternative to Hollywood, only, in the end, to disappoint.

This new dauntless debauchery is simply a reflection of the heterosexual culture we embraced. “It’s disingenuous and naive to be shocked that, given the opportunity and leverage, the gay movement is selling its lifestyle with sex. They’re simply mirroring the behavior of the formerly dominant culture.
