Show notes

It's the first Sunday of the year, and we are running into 2022 full of faith with a Daniel Fast starting today Sunday, January 12nd. We know now more than ever how important it is to remove distractions and give God all of our attention, and this Daniel fast will give us room to do just that!

In this weeks message, titled "Views", our Lead Pastor Jeremy Johnson dives deeper into what a Daniel Fast actually is, and the blessings that come out of it! Fasting is climbing the mountain, which isn't necessarily fun, if we're honest it's exhausting. The fun is when you get to top of the mountain, and God gives you a new view, a different perspective on the same area. God is not going to remove you out of anxiety, fear, depression, but through this fast he will lift you to a whole new view if you let him!

What kind of breakthrough is God waiting to give you this year? Let this 21 day fast be what catapults you into a deeper more intentional relationship with Jesus. God desires our hearts to be fully surrendered to Him, and one of the best ways to give Him that, is to lay down everything else. This season will feel like a sacrifice, but in His hands a sacrifice is a blessing waiting to happen! We are so exciting to see the powerful ways God is going to move in your life during this season of devotion to Him!

Jeremy Johnson - All Hail King Jesus - God Does Not Make Mistakes Dec 26, 2021

Show notes

In this week's Christmas message, Pastor Jeremy Johnson explores the perfection of God. In All Hail King Jesus, Why God Does Not Make Mistakes!, he taps into the heart of Jesus birth plan. We are able to see how God uses unconventional situations to bring forth His master plan.

Joseph and Mary were recruited into God's plan. They could not have imagined the surprises that laid instored for them. As they tried to understand God's plan, it probably felt like they missed something important in the grand scheme of things. How could Jesus be born amongst animals? How could there be no room for him anywhere except in a barn? Did God miss something? Or was this the plan all along?

We often live things out differently than we planned. Like Joseph and Mary, the guilt that comes with feeling like you missed God's instructions can feel unbearable. What if this is exactly where God wants you? In this special holiday message you will learn exactly how God works things out even when we feel way out of sync with His plan. You are right where He wants you! Join us for an incredible adventure in the Gospel!
