Week 7 Rapid Reaction + Andrew Luck's Revival (Ep. 275) Oct 22, 2018

Show notes

Today's show is spent breaking down all of the zany action from a wild Week 7, but one of the most notable performances that stuck out to us came from Andrew Luck (4:15). How panicked should Melvin Gordon (18:12) owners be regarding his absence and has Kerryon Johnson (31:58) officially become a running back fantasy owners can confidently rely upon? How might the Patriots handle their tailback situation if Sony Michel (39:21) is sidelined for an extended period and what is the state of the Eagles' backfield (48:15)? Sponsors:

DFS Lineup Advice: Week 7 (Ep. 274) Oct 19, 2018

Show notes

It's a fresh start with a new week of football in DFS and joining us to help nail down your cash and tournament lineups for the weekend is Jared Kwart of FantasyCruncher.com. It's a week where there may not be too many questions at certain positions as we all love Kirk Cousins taking on the Jets (2:45), Todd Gurley going against the 49ers (8:34) and Ezekiel Elliott taking on a terrible rush defense in Washington (9:47). Adam Thielen very well could be the must-play of the week (15:41) and the tight end position offers multiple quality plays (31:05). We wrap the show up covering GPP plays (39:18) and stacks to consider using (1:01:11).

Start/Sit: Week 7 (Ep. 273) Oct 18, 2018

Show notes

We've got your back with an hour chalked full of our most notable starts and sits at each position. Andy Dalton (8:02) has obvious QB1 potential in a date with the Chiefs, but can Blake Bortles (14:16) be trusted against the Texans? Tarik Cohen (23:39) may have strong RB2 upside, but we don't share the same optimism for Corey Davis (35:03). Would it be crazy to play Zay Jones (46:26) if you're desperate and what should fantasy owners do with Jordan Reed (49:27)? Sponsors:

Waiver Wire Pickups: Week 7 (Ep. 272) Oct 16, 2018

Show notes

Pat Fitzmaurice from TheFootballGirl.com is in with us as we share our top waiver additions this week. However, we first give our thoughts on the trade rumors surrounding Amari Cooper (5:13) and project whether Adam Theilen (9:16) will finish as a top-three WR. Is Duke Johnson (24:56) worth picking up despite his volatility, should Tre'Quan Smith (32:28 & 34:30) be viewed as the top WR to claim entering Week 7, and is it time actually consider dropping Russell Wilson (53:51)? Week 6 Rapid Reaction + Doug Baldwin Sighting (Ep. 271) Oct 15, 2018

Show notes

Week 6 is just about wrapped up and we're here to give our instant reactions to the festivities. Doug Baldwin owners finally got the game they were looking for (7:44) and Peyton Barber put the brakes on the Ronald Jones train (9:25). Carlos Hyde is slowly losing his job (11:53) and Kenyan Drake has seemingly already lost his (13:41). Owners of Dalvin Cook continue to be let down (21:08), but his teammate, Adam Thielen, is now one of the best fantasy receivers in the game (23:27). Mitch Trubisky produced again and now is when you should sell him (43:36) while the Browns have a few intriguing buy pieces like David Njoku (48:49).

DFS Lineup Advice: Week 6 (Ep. 270) Oct 12, 2018

Show notes

In today's show, we give you our favorite cash game and GPP DFS plays alongside Joe Holka from FantasyLabs. Does Christian McCaffrey's (11:47) combo of floor and price make him the perfect cash game RB to build around, and how concerning is Ezekiel Elliott's (15:42) lack of work in the passing game for cash games? Can this be the week to bank on Julio Jones (30:39) finally scoring a touchdown and is Corey Davis (53:20) worth using in GPPs despite a terrible matchup against Baltimore? Sponsors:

Should you trust Andy Dalton (17:59) as a top-10 option and is Aaron Jones (30:06) an RB2 on Monday night? Is Amari Cooper (43:58) startable against Seattle and can fantasy owners insert Jared Cook (56:49) into their lineups with any confidence? Sponsors:

Waiver Wire Pickups: Week 6 + Jay Ajayi Injury Fallout (Ep. 268) Oct 09, 2018

Show notes

Michael Moore from Pro Football Focus comes on board with us as we offer our thoughts on the latest injury news, valuable waiver adds, and trade targets. Which Eagles RB will benefit the most from Jay Ajayi's ACL tear (3:51) and is Ronald Jones (14:42 & 15:53) in a prime spot to grab Tampa Bay's starting tailback job? Can fantasy owners depend on Keke Coutee (30:38) as a WR3 for the rest of the season, is it time to consider Joe Flacco (48:28) a dependable streamer, and should you still view Doug Baldwin (58:14) as a buy-low target after his one-yard outing on Sunday? Week 5 Rapid Reaction + Who is Marquez Valdes-Scantling? (Ep. 267) Oct 08, 2018

Show notes

We're back to break down Sunday's exciting slate of action and give you our thoughts on how these matchups might affect the fantasy landscape moving forward. Blake Bortles (2:00) isn't any better than we thought and Marquez Valdes-Scantling (6:43) may have earned a larger role with his performance. Is it time to cut bait on Derrick Henry (24:20), how should James Conner (37:46) be ranked for the rest of the season, and how will Robert Woods fare if Cooper Kupp and Brandin Cooks (55:36) both miss time in the future?

DFS Lineup Advice: Week 5 (Ep. 266) Oct 05, 2018

Show notes

We're dishing out DFS advice today, and Matthew Freedman of FantasyLabs.com is here with us to share his insight. Should DFS players consider using Patrick Mahomes (7:58) against the Jags, is T.J. Yeldon (14:06) a top RB play in cash games, and how viable is Jared Cook (32:37) in a tough matchup? Looking at GPPs, can Seattle's defense (43:13) be a worthy risk since they should be almost completely unowned and is Geronimo Allison (46:45) primed to excel if he's active?
