Agnifilo, who addressed the panel for four hours, forcefully and sometimes derisively pushed back on the U.S. government’s “exaggerated” narrative. He asserted that Diddy was being unfairly persecuted for his sexual “lifestyle,” insisting that his client was innocent of all charges.
