    Show notes

Today on the Everything Belongs Podcast, Madison is in conversation with Aaron Rose. Aaron is a writer, speaker, and leadership coach for changemakers. His work allows people to examine their unconscious biases, and peel back layers of programming that prevent them from moving through the world with a mindset of love, unity and equality. He is committed to both enjoying and changing the world at the same time. His lifelong devotion to social change includes chapters as a youth activist, community organizer, diversity and inclusion specialist, conflict resolution mediator, leadership coach for changemakers, and spiritual advisor for public figures. These days, God is his boss, and world peace is his mission, and he's here to support anyone who still believes in a better world and a beautiful life. Aaron feels that liberation is not only possible, but guaranteed, if we believe. In this episode, Madison and Aaron speak on how he supports change-makers and front-line leaders of liberation, dancing with our fear of being fully seen, coming back to safety again and again, and how he developed his own relationship with God in his life and through his work.

Merging her education and work as a Counsellor, Nutritionist, Mindfulness leader and now a Breathwork Facilitator and Integrative Healer in Vancouver, BC Canada. Kate is passionate about supporting individuals through brave conversations, creative practices and experiences that facilitate a reconnection and reclamation of self/soul, using integrative methods to cultivate agency and healing. Although her education is vast, what she holds more foundational, is the integration of her own personal life experience and healing in tandem with the multi modality work. The idea that we are only able to meet others so deep as we have met ourselves, is a resonant signature of Kate’s work. Curiosity has brought Kate to studies in Nutrition (CSNN), Professional Counselling (VCCT) Mindfulness (MBSR) and Plant based science (eCornell) melding the bridge between the mind/body connection which lends to some of her specialization and interest in working with Eating Disorders and Body Image issues. More recently, Kate has invested the last 4 years studying Ancestral and Alternative healing. Some of what Kate now is so excited to offer, is a practice in Breathwork and Energy Medicine which are fast becoming tools for transformation in connecting towards not just our psyche, but our soul. In this episode, Madison and Kate speak on how beauty and art can work through the body to create healing. They touch on Kate's history of eating disorder, how breathwork can support us and the nuanced balance of dancing between sovereignty and intimacy.

Erin Telford on Accessing our Power Through the Breath Mar 24, 2021
    Show notes

Today on the Everything Belongs Podcast, Madison is in conversation with Erin Telford. Erin is a Breathwork facilitator, teacher trainer, intuitive guide and space holder. She began her healing career over a decade ago as an acupuncturist, Chinese herbalist and Reiki Master. Her work guides people to look within, open their hearts and heal their relationship with themselves. Her group sessions, training and retreats empower her clients to connect to their innate wisdom so that they can find the healing and the answers that exist inside within their bodies and spirits. Erin believes that we all hold core wounds and limiting beliefs that subconsciously run our lives. When we somatically release them from the emotional body and the nervous system, there is freedom on the other side. Our emotions are messengers with information that let us know where to direct our healing and compassion. By de-stigmatizing emotions and the human experience, we can take shame off the table and start to really deal with what's under the depression, anxiety, and patterns that keep us contracted. In this episode, Madison and Erin speak on how to own your sovereign truth while being able to hold the multiplicity of possible truths. They also discuss power dynamics in coaching, healing and friendships, as well as reconciling shame in situations where harm is present and much more.

Morgan Day Cecil on Sexual, Mystic Wholeness Mar 17, 2021
    Show notes

Today on the Everything Belongs Podcast, Madison is in conversation with Morgan Day Cecil. Morgan is the creator of the Feminine Wholeness™ Method, a daily embodiment practice and holistic framework that helps women come home to their whole self—head, heart & honeypot. Twice a year she leads the Embody Academy, a feminine mastermind and supportive chrysalis for women who are ready for next-level self-expression and influence in life, business and love. She has a Master's Degree in Philosophy and has spent 20-years training in mind-body-spirit methodologies for healing and transformation, including yoga, breathwork, trauma-release, hypnotherapy, deep feminine psychology, energy healing, contemplative christianity and tantra. Her personal life has taken her from chronic depression and the reality of a single mom on food stamps, to 6-figure CEO and mother of two living a true romance and meaningful adventure with her husband in Portland, OR. Her clients get to enjoy becoming the women they’ve always desired to be- joyful, sexy, self-expressed, and free to go after their soulful ambitions, without the hang-up of what other people think. She leads with her own vulnerability, models what wholeness looks like (unapologetic womanhood and shame-free imperfection), and gives women the permission and the tools to come home to herself.

In this episode, Madison and Morgan speak on feminine wholeness, true expression and reclaiming our inner sense of safety. This discussion is for anyone wanting to own more of their feminine in a way that welcomes its expression beyond the "shoulds" and shaming, and who desires to remother themselves back to delight, sexuality and a life of possibility.
