This week-ahead reading for Oct 20-26, 2025 is an excerpt from this week's Somatic Space class with Renee Sills. For the full-length forecast and embodied practice for this week, purchase the recording here.
In this week’s session, we engaged in seated meditation with the Brahmaviharas, or the four immeasurables, as points of contemplation for what, to Renee, feel like the most healing potentials of Libran energy in their guidance on equanimity, compassion, loving-kindness, and joy for others.

Dancing the Political: A 4-week series w/ Saed Mansour (Nov 16-Dec 8)
This offering will be an extremely powerful opportunity to engage the astrology of the coming months: Mercury’s retrograde form Sagittarius back to Scorpio, and a grand water trine stimulated by the inner planets (Mercury, Venus, Mars) contacting Jupiter in Cancer (stationing retrograde during the series) and Saturn and Neptune in Pisces (both are stationing direct during this series).
Timed to take place and hold space with this watery deluge, Embodied Astrology is honored to welcome Palestinian dancer and teacher Saed Mansour for a deep-dive into the political realms of embodied awareness. Using movement improvisation methods developed by Saed, participants will research and work with the social and political issues that are most pressing and potent in their own lives.
💞 If you're enjoying our work and want to dive deeper, our paid memberships include weekly Somatic Space classes and monthly TeaTime gatherings with Renee Sills, plus access to our astrology study groups and the sweetest private community.
