Today’s episode is a soulful one, a feminine one, a freeing one. It is about beauty, the universe, masculinity, emotion, bodies, and really freedom to flourish. 082: What’s the point of therapy? Sep 01, 2019
    Show notes

What is the point of therapy? Today’s Trailercast Episode fields some hard hitting questions about therapy. What’s the point? How do you find a good therapist? How often should you go and who gets to decide that? When do you know that you’re done? I think the point of therapy is total restoration. I am not looking for partial healing. I expect things to get all the way better. Call me an optimist, but this is what I’m after. For me, for others, for anyone who wants to begin the journey home.

Episode 076: What is Spiritual Direction? Interview with Bonnie Lewis Jul 21, 2019
