    Do you feel overwhelmed by the challenges teaching brings every day? Do you ever feel like you can't shut your brain off from working, or you just can't stop physically working? I've been there before too, but I've also overcome it! There is light at the end of the tunnel, and you can live the life you love, while not letting your work consume your life.
    In today's episode, I am going to give you five strategies that I use to maintain a healthy work-life balance, while teaching in the classroom.

    1. Leave work at work.
    2. Plan things right after work.
    3. Leave an hour open for emergencies.
    4. Use your time wisely at work.
    5. Take time for YOU during the day.
