Indiana’s success story is proof that quick turnarounds can happen, so where is Nebraska getting it wrong? Oct 21, 2024

Show notes

-Curt Cignetti brought players to Indiana from James Madison and a QB from Ohio---places that outsiders might scoff at about talent level, but they keep proving they very much so belong

-Indiana’s WRs made great plays, too, where Nebraska struggled to get anything going at all in all 3 phases of the game

-How much can you change up how you attack the portal? Nebraska’s still a fine record at 5-2, but showed Saturday they are nowhere near where they need to be in the B1G for competitive reasons

Nebraska’s trip to Bloomington results in an ass-beating of epic proportions, falling 56-7 to the Hoosiers and leaving a lot of questions about the program Oct 21, 2024

Show notes

-It’s not shocking that Nebraska lost the game---Indiana was ranked No. 16 coming in and had blown out every team on their way to their 6-0 start. But the Huskers were seen as the best challenger of any…and never really were in the game

-Indiana laughed at the fact that Nebraska hadn’t allowed a rushing TD through 6 games and ran for 5(!!) in the game to make that stat a moot point

-There really wasn’t a single positive thing from the game, and now you play at Ohio State, fresh off of a bye, who is pissed about their loss to Oregon. Wonderful!
