Greg McElroy thinks Nebraska has a fringe Top 10 defense this year in college football…is anyone as high on them as he is? Jun 09, 2025

Show notes

Nebraska was 17th in the nation in scoring defense last year and 18th in total defense---but did lose several key players like Ty Robinson, Nash Hutmacher, John Bullock, Tommi Hill, Princewill Umanmielen, Jimari Butler, and James Williams. That’s a lot.

Also, big kudos to Mark Manning and Husker wrestling—they add two-time All-American and former national champion AJ Ferrari to their team from Cal State Bakersfield via Oklahoma State
