For Halloween we have a special episode for our younger listeners, with some of our younger fans as players.

Granny Gayle runs the Crusaders' Custard, a fine eating establishment that has become overrun by a horde of a sweet-toothed pirates. She calls on her gang of young adventurers to help her get rid of this pesky plague of privateers.

The adventurers are Zippy Kawaii (played by Nadjia), Cassandra Waxmoon (played by Jasmin), Rock (played by Quil) and Sei (played by Beth). They are led by the wise Granny Gayle (played by Dugongs and Seadragons regular Frances Farabaugh).

The Dungeon Master is Josh Drew and the Producer/Editor is Erin Zeigler Anderson.

The music is by Kevin MacLeod and the special effects sounds are by Mike Koenig, Lisa Redfern & Mark DiAngelo.

Because it's Halloween soon we are taking a short break in the adventures of the Cephalosquad to bring a tale of terror and tentacles in 1940s Scotland

It's March 1940 and WW2 is starting to get underway. There has been a missive by the special intelligence service, Section D that they need to set up a training facility for potential intelligence operatives. Our heroes come to terms with the fate of Mr. Biggs- Norton and Ada learns more about the mysterious Lady S.

Chris Parsons will be temporarily taking the Dugongs & Seadragons' Game Master's throne to run this Call of Chuthulhu adventure set in the 1940s (using the Achtung! Cthulhu rules by Mophidius games)

Episode 93 – Operation Hamilton Sep 26, 2020

The cephalosquad splits into two groups – the littles and the bigs – The littles go off to setup their friends from the windward citadel in a teashop that is a front for a revolution. Unfortunately, the rule of the island gets in the way, and the meeting turns into a rom-com wherein Pepper is talking up Lucien to Galthus, while Galthus is attempting to flirt with Pepper, and neither realizes the other's intentions. The bigs hop into a fiendish carriage to discuss their plan for communicating with Manta-Ray, which turns into a moving production of Hamilton without any singing, only taking a hard right turn at the end of the carriage ride when Lucien discovers that his plan to setup Glathus and Pepper is "working" as they arrive at the sealed gates to the pirate citadel.

Episode 92 – The committee meeting Sep 19, 2020

The cephalosquad regroup and pepper chairs - or more accurately she barrels - a meeting of the 'take over pirate island and free the slaves' committee. A plan is formed to deal with Zensil and Volgrom, which is interspersed with hijinks such as: more time spent elaborately crafting a tea shop that will never actually open, a specialized bird highway, and Lucien once again squaring off with Marmo in the epic 'jam or cream first' debate.

The Cephalosquad spend their time devising plans to keep tabs on Zensil, the sinister first mate of Volgrom. The Porter devises a cunning plan to… well, transport stuff from place to place in the middle of the night, and track Zensil with the help of Leo whilst the other's slumber. Things come to a cliffhanger for the Celphalosquad when Leo discovers slaves mysteriously vanishing while the porter must help give baths…
