Uncle Si’s Five-Finger Discount at the Strawberry Farm May 18, 2023

Si is back from Texas where he tried the brisket that John-David and Willie had been raving about ... but he declares it "edible" and won't give John-David the satisfaction he wants. The boys are surprised when they find out that Si and Christine love going to Olive Garden and Martin talks about how hard it is to get into any new restaurant in West Monroe. Godwin and John-David are excited for an adorable fan's Buc-ee's themed birthday party. Si challenges us all to get "united" back in the United States! John-David shows some interesting taxidermy and Si shocks the room with a story of his favorite dog memory which immediately takes a left turn and the boys try to lighten the mood with their favorite dog stories instead. And did Si and Phil's childhood dog ACTUALLY know how to talk? Because that's what Si's mama claimed.

Burly — a true Renaissance Man as John-David says — has been rolling with Phil since the 1970s, he's featured in a lot of the early "Duckmen" videos, and has been a key part of all that Phil does all year-round. The boys ALL have stories that include Burly and their memories are fired up today! Burly talks about Phil's dog, Blue, and how he was a great retriever but had terrible manners ... and how Jase should never own dogs of his own. Burly and Jay laugh at how Phil has a habit of running people either out of the state, into ministry, or both. Jay is excited to take Burly to jiu-jitsu and Martin explains his diet when he was at his heaviest and what he did to change his lifestyle when a fan emails in how she lost 223 lbs.

Chicken Parm Like You've Never Seen, Brisket & Best Chicken Thighs May 11, 2023

Phillip found the COOLEST gift for Si's domino games and this artifact from 1876 has some pretty interesting history behind it. Si is going to Longview, Texas where John-David GUARANTEES he'll have the best brisket of his life that had Willie and even former President George W. Bush hooked. Martin remembers a time Si shocked him on the basketball court, which then has Si ranting about Shaq. John-David shows Martin and Phillip food creations that they've never seen before, but gets them super hungry. Martin explains his mouth-watering chicken brake pads recipe and a fan sends in some quick math to tell everyone how many total minutes they've recorded in the Duck Call Room.

Uncle Si Actually TURNED DOWN the 'Ride of a Lifetime' May 09, 2023

Si is once again spitting facts left and right from his vast PBS knowledge: whether it's about the moon or how fast the Earth moves compared to the moon and vice-versa. Martin is upset with Si for declining a ride of a lifetime with the Blue Angels. The boys are freaked out by Godwin's desire to go skydiving and Si says he'd only join him on ONE condition. John-David goes full nerd mode when he talks about some of the cool videos he's watched by Mark Rober and Si shocks the room when he reveals he LOVES watching those videos. Godwin spills his secret fish fry recipe and the boys give advice for a fan asking for side hustle advice to help make ends meet.

Martin can't believe it when Phillip talks about his days of running from the police and the boys listen to a recent clip from "The Joe Rogan Experience" of a man that used to hunt with Uncle Si and Phil. Dan Flores is a well-known writer and historian and went to high school with Si and Phil too and he has some stories! John-David has a special announcement that may or may not have something to do with the much anticipated movie "The Blind" which is the origin story of the Robertson family. The fans ask for some clarification on if they're still a "yankee", if any of the boys have ever accidentally broken equipment before it got to live its full life, and how to best spread the truth about Jesus to someone who is older than you.
