Drunk Women Solving Crime is a true crime podcast with a twist…of lime. Join writer/comedian hosts Hannah George and Taylor Glenn as they welcome top guests from comedians to crime writers to test out their drunk detective skills. Each episode sees the boozed up panel tackle personal crime stories, solve true crime cases, and seek justice for your listener crimes. When women sit around and drink we try to solve the world’s problems. So we’re taking back the night and putting our inebriation to good use. You’re welcome.

This week's episode is a 'scoop' in a myriad of ways, as not only do we have the maverick that is Sam McAlister on the show, who as well as being behind an Emmy nominated Netflix film of that name, also gives us a first look into how she made sure justice was served after coming face to face with an audacious perpetrator.

The gang then 'solve' a crime which did nothing to change Sam's opinion of Central Park, but does (worryingly?) illustrate just how adept she would be at body disposal...

And lastly today's listener crime is sweet enough to see someone get their just desserts, even after 20 years!

The Big Three-Oh-Oh, with Steph McGovern Jul 24, 2024

It's a landmark episode of Drunk Women Solving Crime, as Hannah and Taylor mark the 300th edition of the show in style, with the wonderful writer and broadcaster, Steph McGovern!

As well as Steph sharing an epic crime story that felt more like a film Bruce Willis might star in, the gang also charge their glasses while solving a caper centred around the heady world of whisky, and while they may not have completely solved this week's listener crime, they definitely didn't make it worse.

PLUS, as it's a very special occasion, there's a surprise in store for Taylor and Hannah, so keep listening until the end to hear a medley of 'friends of the show' send their congratulations and share their love of all things Drunk Women Solving Crime, one of the voices has a particularly 'sassy' quality to it (full list of names below, and you'll be able to SEE all the messages soon on our Patreon)
