Welcome to episode 5 with Steph Pase! Steph is the powerhouse and mum of two behind @justanothermummyblog. She empowers and guides other households to re-organise their homes through her online social media platform and her own created and designed organisation planners and notepads. Outside of her successful business, she also has had an incredible rollercoaster of a health and fitness journey, that she shares with us on today’s podcast. From weight gain, to only feeding herself 600 calories a day, to getting back to normalcy and living a healthy and balanced lifestyle with her family, she shares all the challenges she’s had along the way with her ever changing body. The main lesson learnt is to accept all phases of life and the changes your body will experience with it. Riley, Sophie and Steph also share helpful tips that can help you detach from unrealistic health and beauty expectations and attach to true acceptance, love and appreciation for your body. At the end of the day you only have one life, so it’s time to get off the scales, stop looking in the mirror and start doing what feels good for your mind and body!
