Issue XXXVIII - His #1, His Ride-or-Die (Eddie tries his hand at being an advice columnist answering: Can you change a person? Should I tell my spouse they’re unhealthy? Am I too naggy?) Jul 13, 2023

Show notes

Today, we will be discussing the delicate topic of encouraging a loved one's health without nagging. A listener reached out with concerns about her husband's dangerous weight and resistance to change, and we will explore whether or not we can actually change a person. Is it our job to do so? Square vs. round donuts, how to start a business, and why not everyone who makes pies needs to sell them (w/my very good friend Teddy Ray!) Jul 06, 2023

Show notes

This week, as a little post-script to the financial series, Eddie sits down (live and in his den) to have a chat with his friend and dinner guest, Teddy Ray. Among Teddy's many hats, he shares insights about his role as an entrepreneur and business owner. Eddie and Teddy, who amusingly share rhyming names, engage in an open conversation about the practicalities of turning a dream into reality, the essential steps involved, and how to assess if owning a business aligns with one's aspirations.
