Show notes
The 2026 NFL Draft is finally here. With the Denver Broncos officially out of the first round following the Jaylen Waddle trade, the focus shifts to how Sean Payton and George Paton will navigate the board starting at Pick 62.
In today’s episode, the DNVR Draft crew delivers their final first-round predictions, identifies the "dream droppers" who could fall into Denver's lap, and highlights a group of premium-position prospects we haven’t talked about for Denver. We also dive into the "Terrible Bs"—a loaded class of wide receivers including Zachariah Branch and Germie Bernard—and discuss which big-bodied EDGE rushers and offensive tackles fit the Broncos' mold.
On today’s show:
• 1st Round Mock Draft: Final predictions for the top 32 and what the 2-pick teams (Giants, Browns, Chiefs, Cowboys, Dolphins) will do.
• Draft Surprises: Which picks are going to shock the league?
• Betting the Draft: A look at the latest draft odds for the First Round.
• Broncos Dream Scenarios: Could McCoy, Banks, or Mesidor actually slide to the late second?
• The "Terrible Bs" WRs: Breaking down Chris Bell, Chris Brazzell II, Zachariah Branch, Denzel Boston, and Germie Bernard.
• Premium Positions: Why the Broncos could surprise us again by drafting someone at a non-position of need.
• The Final Word: What is the most likely outcome for the Broncos at No. 62?
