Sorry to hold off from updates for so long but I’ve been sorting through a few personal things over the last week and I haven’t had the energy to show up online.

I feel much more like myself now and getting back to normal, slowly but surely it’s all going to come back but just have to take it day by day at this stage.

18-year-old Josh Anslow has set the mountain biking world alight with his positive mindset and all-around excited energy, making us all stop and really appreciate everything we have right in front of us.

Even after not achieving his goal of qualifying at the first round in Lenzerhide, Switzerland he was still visually over the mood just to be a part of the world cups, while also pushing himself in the process.

Joshy shows us all that we don't have to win to actually "win" and if you look a little closer at what you do have you will realize you have been winning the whole time.

We sat down in Snowshoe a couple of days before my accident to have a chat about how Josh had managed to get himself to the other side of the world racing bikes and how it's been going so far.

On this episode of the podcast, I sit down with one of Mountain Biking's favorite characters, Ben Cathro!

The Scots man started out like most racers, chasing his dream of becoming a professional World Cup racer back in 2006, with a hand full of top 20s and a few top 10s he seemed like he was well on his way to becoming a top-level rider, unfortunately though this dream never became a reality and he decided to pack it up in 2012.

After getting into coaching for some years he decided to come back as a race analyst with 'Cathro vision' this boosted his profile and made him a household name at the World Cups.

After doing this for a while he decided to make his bike return as part of the Pinkbike racing team, while doing this though he still wanted to continue to produce high-end content along the way.

With unfortunate injuries and setbacks along the way it has been no easy feat for Ben to get back into the racing scene, he has however found more love in being able to create high-quality videos full of information for the fans now.

All and all, Ben is a valuable asset to the sport and someone I really enjoy chatting with.

Followed by an absolute OG of the game Flo Payet who gives his take on wet races as he has seen and been a part of some of the most memorable races in the sports history. (Which were wet).
