The conversations (and the process in general) can sometimes elicit feelings of both excitement and nervousness, no matter if it is in-person, hybrid, or all virtual. In this episode, you'll hear from two Delta Gammas, Lauren Delzell, Tau-Iowa, an alumna who serves as membership adviser and Cailey Hiam, Tau-Iowa, a collegian who serves as vp: Membership. They also share helpful advice for current members of a sorority, especially for first-time recruiters. If you would like more information about joining Delta Gamma, visit join.deltagamma.org.
