Christian Clark just wrapped up a season covering the Denver Nuggets beat for BSN here in Denver. Not long after the season ended, Clark and the network parted ways. I sat down with him discuss what drew him to basketball, the road that led him to Denver, his time with BSN, and what he hopes comes next. Christian is a talented writer and one of my favorite people in the market.

Nuggets Numbers - Championship contenders in 2019-20? Jun 19, 2019

Show notes

Welcome back to Nuggets Numbers. The content train is flowing on the Denver Stiffs podcast network.

In this episode, I return to my discussion with Brandon Anderson, writer for Medium and knowledgeable about all things NBA, to discuss the present and future of this Denver Nuggets team. From discussing the Nuggets and their standing in the Western Conference, to analyzing which free agents the Nuggets could go after in free agency, to evaluating individual Nuggets players and their ceiling, Brandon and I dove deep into the weeds before the NBA Draft on Thursday night.

If you haven't checked out Part 1 or Part 2, definitely give those a listen to hear our thoughts on the Anthony Davis trade and the NBA Draft in general.

Nuggets Numbers - Will the Nuggets get involved in the NBA Draft? Jun 18, 2019

Show notes

After spending Part 1 discussing the Anthony Davis trade from all angles, I dove into the NBA Draft headfirst with Brandon Anderson. Brandon has spent hours and hours watching film, compiling statistics, and writing about the 2019 draft class, so I thought I would have him on to discuss as many of the prospects as we can get to.

From Zion Williamson's stardom, to R.J. Barrett's concerning traits, to a number of prospects the Nuggets should consider acquiring, we spent close to an hour discussing Thursday's potential festivities. I like Brandon Clarke, Grant Williams, and Chuma Okeke most for Denver. If you have a draft question, ask Brandon on Twitter: @wheatonbrando.
