We explore Thor, the god of thunder, strength and protection, including his infamous hammer, his battles with giants, and the surprising lessons hidden in his greatest “failures.” Then we turn to Tyr, the god of law, justice and oaths, and the story of how he sacrificed his hand to keep his word and bind Fenrir.

We also chat about what it might look like to work with Thor and Tyr in your own practice, from protection magic and physical strength to oath work, justice, contracts and doing the right thing when it comes at a cost. We’re kicking off our Norse Pantheon series with Odin and Frigg, two incredibly powerful deities with very different relationships to knowledge, magic and fate.

We dive into Odin, the All-Father and god of wisdom, war, poetry and runes, including his infamous sacrifices in pursuit of knowledge, his connection to Ragnarok, and what it might look like to work with him in your own practice.

Then we explore Frigg, the queen of the Aesir, goddess of marriage, motherhood and foreknowledge. We explore her ability to know the fate of every being, the weight of carrying knowledge that cannot be changed, and her connection to weaving, home and hearth magic.

We also explore what makes Odin and Frigg such a fascinating pairing, and how working with both can offer support when you're facing a truth you can't change.

In this episode, we’re joined by EFT practitioner Jacqui Acree to talk all things EFT tapping, nervous system regulation and why tapping might be far more interesting than you think.

We get into what is EFT, what’s happening in your brain and body when you tap, and why it can be so helpful for stress, anxiety, emotional overwhelm and those reactions that sometimes seem to come out of nowhere.

Jacqui shares how tapping helped her process her own intense reactions, why our present-day responses can be connected to past experiences, and how tapping can help us access a different perspective without bypassing difficult emotions.

We’re joined by Beck Ravenswood, witch, tarot reader, and owner of The Serpent’s Key, to talk about the 1861 Pennsylvania law that makes fortune telling a crime and the federal lawsuit they’re fighting to have it struck down.

Beck takes us inside the moment local police showed up at their shop, why they refused to back down, and how a viral TikTok turned their experience into a much bigger conversation about religious freedom, discrimination, and the rights of spiritual practitioners.
