    Outrage over 13-year-old's felony charge for finger gun; and what's up with KCK's T-Bones? Oct 16, 2019

    A 13-year-old Johnson County eighth-grader who was arrested for pointing a finger gun at classmates was handcuffed, arrested and charged with a felony.
