Building a Brand That Fits with Hayley Segar Mar 17, 2026
    Show notes

Entrepreneur Hayley Segar joins Christina to share the story behind building One with Swim, the company known for its simple promise: swimwear that fits like underwear.

Hayley opens up about the long road from idea to launch, explaining how a moment of frustration with uncomfortable swimwear in 2019 sparked the concept. What followed was more than two years of research, development, and learning how to build a business from the ground up.

The conversation also explores what happened after Hayley appeared on Shark Tank, where she secured a deal with Barbara Corcoran and Jamie Kern Lima. She shares what the experience was really like behind the scenes, including the months-long wait between filming and the episode airing.

Hayley and Christina also discuss the mindset required to build something new, the importance of maintaining boundaries as a founder, and the small habits—like daily walking—that support long-term wellbeing while running a business.

Looking ahead, Hayley shares how she’s shifting the brand beyond her personal identity and using years of customer data to guide the next phase of growth.

    About Hayley
Hayley Segar is the founder of onewith, the brand behind the patented swimsuits that fit like underwear®. Hayley launched onewith after a lightbulb moment in 2019: "I just want a swimsuit that fits like my favorite no-show underwear." That one sentence sparked a category-creating idea that changed everything.

Since launching in 2021, Hayley has grown onewith from a self-funded startup into a viral, size-inclusive swimwear brand, celebrated for its dig-free, elastic-free, edgeless design. In 2025, she pitched the brand on Shark Tank and secured a deal with 2 Sharks, further cementing onewith as a standout solution in an oversaturated industry. That same year, onewith was also granted a utility patent for their category-creating swim.

Are Busy Friends Actually Better Friends? Mar 16, 2026
    Show notes

This week on Anything But Average Mondays, Brittany and Christina are back with one of those conversations that starts with spilled coffee and somehow ends up in a very real conversation about friendship, capacity, busy seasons, and the pressure we put on ourselves.

They dive into the question: Are busy friends better friends?
And like most real-life conversations, the answer isn’t black and white.

From packed schedules and changing priorities to how friendship looks in different seasons of life, this episode is a reminder that being busy does not make someone a better friend — and being unavailable sometimes does not make someone a bad one either.

They also chat about travel life, being present in different environments, rest, relationships, screenshot chaos, eating habits when you’re home alone, simple protein-packed meals, and why so many women need to stop judging themselves so harshly.

This one feels like sitting in on a real girlfriend conversation — honest, funny, relatable, and full of little reminders we all need.

The Mindset That Changes How You Make Decisions Mar 10, 2026
    Show notes

What would you do if you were already the person you’re trying to become?

In this episode, I share a quick personal update and a mindset shift that’s been shaping the way I make decisions in both business and life.

I open up about a recent health challenge, including a herniated L5 and lumbar spine degeneration, and the unexpected loss of my long-time chiropractor. While surgery has been suggested, I’m focused on healing through other approaches and staying committed to recovery.

Then we dive into the concept of “acting as if.” It’s a powerful decision-making filter: make choices from the perspective of the person you want to become, not just where you are today.

I share how I use this with leaders who are scaling their businesses, as well as a personal moment where I realized I wasn’t following my own advice when hiring marketing support. One simple question challenged me to step back into alignment with the version of myself I’m working toward.

If you’ve been hesitating on a decision or waiting for the “right time,” this episode will give you a simple mindset shift to move forward with more clarity and confidence.

Emergency Surgery, Peptides & The Wake-Up Calls Our Bodies Send Mar 09, 2026
    Show notes

In this episode of Anything But Average, Brittany and Christina dive into a very real conversation about health, healing, and the wake-up calls our bodies sometimes give us.

Brittany shares the unexpected experience of landing in the hospital for an emergency appendectomy, walking through the symptoms, the fast-moving hospital visit, surgery, and what recovery has actually looked like in the days following. From the anxiety of not knowing what was happening to realizing how incredible the human body truly is, this experience became a powerful reminder about paying attention to the signals our bodies send.

Christina also opens up about her own health journey right now, including ongoing back issues, exploring peptides, and the work required to maintain strength, mobility, and resilience.

    Together they unpack:

    • What happens when your body forces you to slow down

    • The importance of acting quickly when something feels off

    • Recovery, patience, and giving your body the time it needs

    • Exploring new tools and therapies that support healing

    • Why health awareness and self-care should never be optional

This conversation is honest, reflective, and a reminder that even the strongest, most driven people still need to listen to their bodies.

Sometimes the biggest lesson is simply this: health is everything.

    Health Is Non-Negotiable Mar 02, 2026
    Show notes

This week, Christina and Brittany are having one of those honest, unfiltered conversations.

The kind where you talk about what’s actually happening in your body… how aging really feels… and why health can’t sit at the bottom of the priority list anymore.

They dive into inflammation and how it quietly impacts everything from energy to long-term disease, the growing conversation around peptides and recovery, and the reality of navigating wellness in a world where “nothing feels real anymore.”

This episode is about taking your health seriously.
    About discipline.
    About gratitude.
About choosing to live in a way that doesn’t leave you with regret.

If you’re building a life, a career, a family — none of it works if your health falls apart.

This is real talk on movement, mindset, nutrition, recovery, and what it means to age with intention.

We don’t shy away from the skepticism.
We don’t pretend we have it all figured out.
    But we do believe this:

    Health is non-negotiable.

The Courage to Build Big and Leave on Your Terms with Mia Feasey Feb 24, 2026
    Show notes

What does it take to build a global design firm from scratch and then walk away from it at the top of your game?

Mia Feasey did exactly that. She launched her international design business at just 24 years old, scaled it across borders, and made the bold decision to exit at 45, not because she had to, but because she chose to. In this episode, Christina's special guest Mia gets refreshingly real about what it actually took: the risks she took before she felt ready, the moments she almost played it safe, and why authenticity became her most powerful business strategy.

If you've ever wondered what's waiting for you on the other side of a big leap, or if you're quietly dreaming of your own next chapter, this conversation will light a fire under you.

    About Mia
Mia Feasey is the founder of Siren Design Group, a global design consultancy she built from a single Sydney studio into an international powerhouse with clients like Amazon, Google, Chanel, and Balenciaga. Guided by a people-first philosophy and a refusal to fear failure, she grew the firm over 20 years before making the bold decision to hand over the reins and walk away.

Now based in Queenstown, New Zealand, Mia is channeling the same creativity and courage that built her business into redesigning her life — slowing down, reconnecting with her family, and figuring out what truly makes her heart sing.
