The first installment in our two-part episode of Day by Day, 'Class of 2020: Prom' chronicles the lives of six small-town high school seniors on the night of their virtual prom as the ripple effects of two and a half months of quarantine begin to appear.
‘Class of 2020: Prom’ was written by Quinn Shephard and stars AnnaSophia Robb, Josephine Langford, Auli’i Cravalho, Austin Crute, Camrus Johnson, Nadia Alexander, and Jess Weixler with narration by Jon Ronson and an original score by Max Beck.
On today’s episode, we’re highlighting the Black Visions Collective, a Black, Trans, and Queer led non-profit organization based in the Twin Cities (Minneapolis and Saint Paul), Minnesota whose mission is to organize powerful, connected Black communities and dismantle systems of violence.
