What began as a discussion of mistakes the hosts made in their early to late teens and early twenties, quickly became a conversation about the power of reflection and it's necessity for growth. In the first part, the girls discuss the roots of self esteem issues, what in their past shaped their view of relationships today, and the power of self-healing. Its giving...health and empowerment.
