Sean Stewart: Son of Follywood Aug 27, 2021

Show notes

Melissa leads us down the Hollywood walk of fame in this episode, except the story’s leading man isn’t as famous as his rock legend father, and that’s kind of the problem. Sean Stewart, son of Rod, has a serious anger management problem that landed him in rehab and more than a few physical altercations. In typical rich kid fashion, he evaded jail and instead launched bogus businesses and starred in D list reality shows. It really seems like some guys have all the luck.

Rebekah gave Melissa the following clues for her next story: golf, NYC, and NDA. Any guesses?

Charles + Diana Ingram: Who Coughs to be a Millionaire? Aug 13, 2021

Show notes

Join us as we charter new territory - game shows and the UK! Rebekah shares the biggest scandal in game show history that all began with a cough heard ‘round the world! From our 2021 perspective, that alone would be criminal, but was there more to it? A conspiracy to steal the grand prize? From Who Wants to Be a Millionaire to Wife Swap, and a whole lot in between, Rebekah breaks down the story allowing you to answer the ultimate question of their guilt or innocence, but sorry, you cannot phone a friend.

For the second time in CRIMINALITY history, Melissa and Rebekah are watching (and loving!) the same show! HBO Max’s (duh) White Lotus. Who else has been swept away to this doomed destination?

Melissa provides the following clues for the next episode: Adrienne, Audrina, Maggie Mae. Any guesses?

Also, you can now WATCH our episodes on YouTube, but please note that on this episode the actual video footage doesn’t begin until 12 minutes and 28 seconds because apparently, you have to hit RECORD if you want to record. Ryan Lochte: Between a Lochte and a Hard Place Jul 30, 2021

Show notes

Have you caught the Olympic fever yet? Melissa presents a medal-worthy story in keeping with the global games, and it’s full of wins, losses, and...lies! Travel back in time with us to 2016 when US Olympic swimmer, Ryan Lochte, was desperately trying to emerge from Michael Phelp’s shadow. He was close to getting gold in Rio De Janeiro but ended up being remembered for a lot more than his near victory. Ryan sets out to redeem himself the best way he knows how… reality TV appearances, of course! Grab your country’s flag and get ready to cheer “JEAH” for this story that truly has it all: games, guns, and grills!

What are we watching? Rebekah gives a very lukewarm review of Netflix’s three-part series, SOPHIE: Murder in West Cork. It’s really beautiful, though, so there’s that. Melissa doesn’t need to convince Rebekah to give her latest HBO Max ( will they just sponsor us already?) show a try; The Other Two, a comedy centered around siblings who are dealing with the youngest of the three becoming YouTube famous. Lots of good actors and cameos!

Rebekah provides the following clues for the next episode: UK, Wife Swap, and fraud! Any guesses?

Bonus Episode: Elizabeth Lyn Vargas Interview Follow-Up to Episode 12 Jul 23, 2021

Show notes

SURPRISE! We have a bonus episode for you! Remember those DM’s with Elizabeth Vargas that Rebekah mentioned? Well, they evolved into a call which is now an episode! As a follow-up to last week’s episode; (ELIZABETH VARGAS: Orange You Grateful for the OC?), we are bringing you a one on one interview with Rebekah and Elizabeth herself.

We are THRILLED to bring you this conversation with Elizabeth who was gracious enough to add some context and color to stories about her grandmother, Dorothy Mae Bell, and we also get to hear insight on how the season went, her status with the ladies, and what she is up to now. (hint: lots!)

You can follow her on Instagram: @elizabethlynvargas

You can purchase her Vodka here: https://liquorstars.com/products/vargas-vodka?_pos=3&_psq=vodka&_ss=e&_v=1.0

Elizabeth Vargas: Orange You Grateful for the OC? Jul 16, 2021

Show notes

It was just a matter of time until Rebekah covered a cult. But before she leads (not in a culty way) Melissa to Arizona and Missouri, she takes a minute to appreciate the splendor and entertainment mecca, Orange County, California. Rebekah then tackles the confession Elizabeth Lyn Vargas, of RHOC, made to Braunwyn last season. She didn’t give a lot of details, but Rebekah was determined to uncover everything she could - and what she found includes wild stories about Elizabeth’s grandmother, Dorothy Mae Bell, and her leadership of two fringe family cults and crimes including concealment of a dead body, and kidnapping charges. This is an episode of Criminality unlike the others.

What are we watching? Melissa pleads for a second chance to sell us on “Better off Ted” and is currently enjoying the sketch comedy show, “I Think You Should Leave.” Rebekah is enjoying the delightful Netflix teen dramedy, “ Never Have I Ever” and believes it is the perfect antidote to ELITE.

Melissa stumps Rebekah (as per usual) with these three clues for the next episode: Big Brother, Brazil, and Butterfly!

Bret Michaels: Rock of Stages Jul 02, 2021

Show notes

Bret Michaels is the bandana-wearing star of today’s story, which Melissa leads like a rock star. Bret had more luck on the charts than he did in the courts, first after his debaucherous behavior on Rock of Love, and then when he sued the Tony Awards for their failure to keep him safe on stage after his live performance. I guess it’s true that every cowboy (and rock star) sings a sad, sad song.

Rebekah reveals the show she is watching is about kids but NSFW, and Melissa shares the show she is watching in a way that no one will ever understand. Including her. Then Rebekah shares her three clues for the next episode: FBI, MISSOURI, DIVORCE. (What?!?)

Chris Soules: Every Rose Has Its Corn Jun 18, 2021

Show notes

Rebekah is leaving the Bravo Universe for a quick tour of Bachelor Nation. Today’s story centers around Chris Soules- aka Prince Farming - and the accident he caused that took a man’s life. Chris’s legal team stalled the criminal proceedings, but eventually, he had his day in court. But is there more to Chris’s story? Rebekah says yes, and it started long before the first rose ceremony.

Also, Melissa and Rebekah get into some fun pop culture conversations and as always, discuss what they’re watching!

Melissa shared 3 clues to the next episode: ROSE, BANDANA, THE APPRENTICE.

AND SO IT IS...A Felony: Alexis Neiers + The Bling Ring May 21, 2021

Show notes

Rebekah is at it again with another robbery/heist story. You probably know about The Bling Ring— a group of LA teens who robbed celebrities' homes in 2008/2009, but do you know how Alexis Neiers of the E! Network Show, “Pretty Wild” plays into it? Turns out there is much more to the story than brown Bebe shoes, and Nancy Jo isn’t the only one who can report on it!

Melissa is up next and gives Rebekah these three clues: Nutcracker, Nationals, and Sia! Any guesses?

The Not So Simple Life of Nicole Richie May 07, 2021

Show notes

Melissa educates us on the life of Nicole Richie, which is less simple and more complicated than we knew! Learn how she went from a tambourine playing toddler to the daughter of a music legend, and all the good, bad and ugly that comes along with coming of age in Hollywood. Though most would agree she was essential to the “Simple Life” success, she wasn’t top of that casting list, but Nicole didn’t let her run-ins with the law or canceled tv show, foil her plans to stay in the public eye. She went on to become an author, designer, and actress, not to mention a mother and the wife a rock star. This is a fun-filled episode wherein we also learn EVERYTHING goes back to Kyle Richards.

Rebekah will be sharing the next story; her clues? Sisters, One Season, Orlando Bloom. Any guesses?
