This week, we follow Billy's exploits, as his teams perform wonderfully, on the field, but it's still not enough to keep him from getting repeatedly fired. Why? Because he fights with team owners, opposing players/managers/fans & umpires. He even beats one of his own players, so badly, that they have to be hospitalized for 20 stitches to their face! Then, he gets arrested for actually doing something admirable! Wild as always!

Take a team from nearly last place, to winning their division... and get fired, lead another team back from the dead... and get fired, then quickly get another job, despite your reputation with Billy Martin - Part 5!!

Loyalty, Lawsuits & Left Hooks - Billy Martin - Part 4 Oct 14, 2025

This week, Billy starts out on another new team, but that doesn't last long. He bounces around the league, while fighting, and even getting sued by another player, who ended up with a broken orbital bone. As he tries to live down his fighter reputation, he get into even more fights. He even fights a team official, in a hotel lobby. With his playing career over, he also enters the managerial stage of his career.. but he's still ready to punch!!

Spend your last few years in the league, bouncing around with different teams, punch the team's traveling secratary, for a minor provocation, and get sued for a million dollars, because of an on the field fight with Billy Martin - Part 4!!

A Troublemaking Bad Influence - Billy Martin - Part 3 Oct 07, 2025

This week, we catch up with Billy, as he is forced back into the Army, missing an entire season of Yankee baseball. He is also labeled as a "troublemaker", and a "bad influence" on teammates like Mickey Mantle, just because they go out drinking, every night, and a major brawl happened to beak out at the Copacabana, at Billy's birthday party! He fights, he scraps, and he gets traded, all over the league!

After a few World Series wins, and a quick marriage, Billy settles into the serious business of partying, and NY night life. This week, we start a series on one of the most colorful characters in sports history. A hard drinking brawler, who knew nothing but success in baseball. We start this tale, with Billy's dad, taking off, while he was a baby. We delve into his upbringing, just hanging around his aunt's brothel, or getting into constant fights, but at the same time, discovering baseball as a way to get out of his rough neighborhood, dead jobs that awaited him. Did we mention fighting? Because he fights a LOT!

A Most Monstrous Murderer - Cierre Wood Sep 16, 2025

This week, a man who never quite made the impact he wanted to, in the NFL, despite his Notre Dame pedigree. Whenever his talent would get him to a good spot, he'd screw it up, with his actions. He was out of the NFL, by age 25, and ready to start being an even worse person. The prison sentence he's currently serving, is for a crime that was so horrific, the judge wished he could sentence him to even more time. A true monster!

Start football late, but have your natural abilty take you to the highest levels, screw up every oppurtunity that you have, and get convicted of a crime that would make any half decent person want to strangle you, with their bare hands with Cierre Wood!!

Choking The Pain Away - Nate Diaz Sep 09, 2025

This week, a longtime UFC mainstay, and notoriously colorful character, who always seems to say the exact wrong thing. Mostly, at the exact wrong time. Training alongside his brother, from a young age, he knew his path to success would be through fighting. Sometimes, that fighting isn't in the ring. Sometimes, it's out in the street, or backstage at an event. It could happen anywhere. He didn't commit the most "crimes", but his general demeanor, and big mouth, makes him quite the story!

Start fighting, both in & out of the ring, at a young age, help the UFC become a major sports organization, and always say the wrong thing, but if talking doesn't work, always choke your problems away with Nate Diaz!!

The Open Marriage Murder - Dan "The Wolf" Serafini Sep 02, 2025

This week, a major league baseball pitcher, who had a hard time staying on one team, or even in one league. His journeyman career took him all over the world, but his troubles started at home. He traded in one wife, for a new wife, costing himself millions of dollars. Opened a failed bar, that the "Bar Rescue" tv show couldn't save. But his real trouble started when he decided to shoot his in laws. A murder trial reveals an open marriage, an unlikely accomplice, and all kinds of crazy stuff!!

Try to embrace your Italian heritage, travel the world, being cut from different baseball teams, and murder your in laws, with the help of your wife's friend, who also happens to be your girlfriend with Dan "The Wolf" Serafini!!

Fighting Columbus - Leon "Fabulous Leon" Smith Aug 26, 2025

This week, we tell the story of a man who never had much to call his own. Neglected, and abandoned at a young age, he grew up with no family. Luckily for him, he had basketball skills. Enough skills to make him only the 11th player to be drafted to the NBA, out of high school. Only problem is, he wasn't prepared for the league, or life. Next thing you know, he's covered in green war paint, and telling cops that he's "an Indian, fighting Columbus"!!

Be found wandering the streets at 5 years old, be drafted into the NBA, right out of high school, and don't take a break up with your high school sweetheart very well with Len"Fabulous Leon" Smith!!

Concrete Cocaine Cowboy - John "Johnny Nightlife" Niland Aug 19, 2025

This week, we check out a former Dallas Cowboy great, who started out by being given up by his mother, at age 2. He grew up in rough conditions, only to come out the other side as a star. Then, it all fell apart. Cocaine, booze, bad driving, fraud, fighting with girlfriends, and wandering the neighborhood, barefoot, banging on doors, and screaming for his wife. Also, several funny nicknames. Crazy story!
